I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here.
