Excellent. The serviceman ended up speaking to the plumber to explain the situation so as to see whether the plumber could properly vent. I was happy that the serviceman was honest with me by explaining that there was not a problem with the dryer, but rather the venting.

Service process was explained clearly and the appointment was made with reasonable time. There is a service charge for coming, and if you agree to hire them for the job, the fee would be applied to the repair charge. The technician came on time and was able to assess the problem quickly, which turned out the computers or boards to start the drum was fried. He had the unit replaced, and the whole process took less than half hour. They prefer you pay via cash, and if you use credit card or check, there's some complications, which I forget the details. It might be some transaction fees or something rather.
I would have given A, except that when I noticed that the drier wasn't starting about five minutes after the technician left, I called back to ask what it would take to fix something like this, and the person on the phone said another service fee would be charged before giving me an estimate. I said I just had the job done, so paying another estimate fee would be unreasonable, but they wouldn't waive the fee. Luckily, the technician called me back because I didn't have enough cash and gave him a check instead and promised I would deliver cash later that day, the technician was nice enough to tell me what might be wrong before coming back again, which would cost me another service charge, which I forget but wasn't cheap. It turned out I just had to re-start the fuse, and the problem solved, but I thought it was somewhat unreasonable to potentially charge service charge twice over a short period of time.
Other than that, everything else was fine.

It went very well even if I did not have full repair since it was too costly and the machine still worked..

The technician was able to come the same day and came well within the promised time window. The work was performed thoroughly and with no unnecessary mess.

They were very fast and efficient. They came here same day and they came here through our call. They had the Parma truck and they were ready to replace on the spot. The guy who came for the repair work was professional. He tracked some of the grease into our house. Besides he cleaned the pantry himself and he was very professional. The price was little bit higher. We tried with other provider but they were not available. I'm not sure if I will use this company again in the future.

I had a problem with my washing machine agitator not working properly. The repairman called and asked if he could come earlier than "the window" and I said sure. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes. On to the next repair...early also! I have used this company before for my stove and they were reliable and dependable and finished the job on time.
