My parents’ water heater broke this past weekend. My friend recommended Dacstar to me. I called the owner at around 10am who responded right away. Gave me a very reasonable quote (four times cheaper than what Home Depot’s third party installation company quoted me). They purchased a new water heater and came within one and a half hours. They replaced the water heater very quickly and did a wonderful and clean job! Knowledgeable plumber and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend them.

Steve is an exceptional professional. He gave me a quote over the phone, no games just the facts. He was on time and came with his partner. Besides getting the excellent job done with the water heater, he went beyond and fixed my leaking faucets and replaced the water intake handle without charge. He explained to me how to drain and maintain the water heater and boiler and supplied me the hoses for drainage. Will definitely used him again for future work and house interiors.

When buying a house that is 100 hundred years old, you anticipate those upgrades that can make you panic. Steve and his team responded quickly to our need of a new water heater. After asking key questions that only professionals can ask, he came up with an action plan to quickly remedy the exchange. He alo took the time to mention an upgrade that made perfect sense. I appreciated and agreed. He and his team showed up in a timely manner performed the removal of the old and replacement with the new, and all within less time than anticipated. Steve Dardac from Dacstar Inc was fantastic. He took out the 30 year old water heater as it was dying. He then bought and installed a 40 gallon Rheem gas water heater. He checked that the new water heater was working so much better than the old one. He then hauled away our old gas water heater. Mr. Dardac is an excellent plumber and we would use his services whenever we need to.

If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would. Extremely fast response time. Sent a request in the morning and had my water heater installed by early evening. Great communication. Even tweaked my backyard gate doors. Steven is very professional, ethical and fairly priced. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.
