My daughter in law was holding furniture at Bob’s. They called to let her know if she did not pay the full amount off that she would no longer be able to get the furniture. I remembered that I have a credit card with them so I said we would just have them transfer the money still due over to my credit card so they could have the furniture in time for Thanksgiving. My daughter in law and I went into the store to transfer the money over and we were in the store for about two hours waiting on the accounting department to make the transfer. They told us everything was transferred over to my card and that the furniture would be delivered on Tuesday the 20th. I then received a call Monday and yesterday and they told us that the accounting department was not open on Saturday and that they would not be able to deliver the furniture in time for Thanksgiving because the furniture was being held upstate somewhere else. I am just very frustrated that I was told false information about receiving the furniture.
