I had to call the emergency line twice even though I told them I had a leak. The gentleman who came was very nice and professional and fixed the problem with MY filter. He was in my home for perhaps 15 minutes. There was no estimate ever given and two weeks later I received a bill for $200, which we felt was exorbitant for the amount of time spent and the fact that he even used our filter.

Cannot understand why a service provider who gets his messages through a service, cannot be bothered to call back a potential customer.

I have called them several times for various plumbing issues around our house. They are always get back to me promptly and do honest and good work. Their prices are reasonable. They always help me out and come in based on my schedule. I would recommend them highly.

The gentleman who came, Andre, didn't know what he was doing and after about an hour of working on the shower, replaced the handle with something I specifically told him I didn't want - a crystal-like handle. The water faucet is now on backwards, with the hot water coming out of the cold and the cold water coming out of the hot. He also told us that the toilet handle (which we were replacing with an water saver) was made for new toilets only, although the package stated that it was for made for ALL toilets but he refused to change the handle. We called NJ McCann again and after numerous phone calls were able to secure another appointment. The plumber who came tried to fix the shower and did replace the flushometer with the water saving one, but the shower faucet was still on backwards and he didn't come with the replacement handle that we had requested. We called McCann AGAIN and told them that the work STILL wasn't done correctly. They set up another appointment and I rushed home from work and waited for the service man to arrive and he never showed up (or picked up his phone when I called). We called McCann AGAIN and complained. They arranged to send someone out on a Saturday between 9:00 and 11:00 am. My husband and I waited for the plumber to arrive and he finally arrived after 12:00 (with NO phone call). He was in the house for 10 minutes, replaced the crystal handle with a lever handle, but would not fix the handle so that the water turned on correctly. When I asked him about fixing the flushometer in the bathroom, he said that he didn't have time and that it wasn't on his original work order and left. I called McCann AGAIN to let them know what had happened and never received a call back. We now have a flushometer that isn't functioning correctly and a shower faucet that is on backwards and doesn't work correctly either. To say that my husband and I are beyond frustrated is an understatement!

Two technicians showed up right on time. They looked at the work area and stated they had to go to the shop to pick up some drain pieces. They came back about 15 minutes later and started work. It took about 2 hours to finish the job. When they were finished they did not show me what they had done. They just gave me the paper to sign. I think this was because a language barrier existed between the 3 of us. After they left I noticed that they did not level the dishwasher. The drain hose for the dishwasher was also shoved under the sink and had random brackets holding it to the cabinet rather than being in a nice loop. 2 days later I realized the dishwasher was not draining properly and had to have a another plumber come back and properly re-install it. (I am going to ask McCann for a refund on the dishwasher install). The work they did on the faucet was flawless. It does not leak, it works properly and the sinks drains quickly.
