"Here at FOLKES, it is our goal to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we are sorry that one of our customer had an experience which was less than that. After looking back on the invoice of this particular customer, it is noted that this job in question was completed on March 28, 2012, not in October 2012 as this customer stated in her review. It is also worth noting, however, that this customer was refunded her money in its entirety on April 3, 2012. The owner of the company personally came out to this customer's home at 7PM the night she had this service to check on her concerns. We certainly handled this matter as expeditiously as possible and find it unusual that this customer would wait over a year to address this issue via Angie's List. Please be assured that we value all of our customers and always strive to do our best to leave a customer satisfied. In an isolated instance, such as this one, we make the situation right by refunding a customer's money and having the owner personally address the situation with the customer. This was the case when we resolved this situation over a year ago."
