E-Z FLOW GUTTERS/E-Z FLOW INNOVATIONS

There was a slight mix-up in scheduling and the work was done while I was away on vacation.  So I wasn't there to observe the actual process, and I can't comment on how long it took or whether it was noisy, etc.  All I know is, when I returned home, the roof looked great.  The cleaning process was done in an eco-friendly way, without chemicals.  I was concerned that it wouldn't be effective, but I shouldn't have been: the end result was excellent.

We requested a quote from them, and they immediately came out and left the quote a day sooner then expected.  It was professionally presented and the cost was reasonable.  So we decided to go with them. They scheduled the job right away. The service was performed early in the morning, the tec was on time and very polite.  The roof looks great, all discoloration was removed. We are overall very happy with the the way they handled the job from quote to completion.  We would use them again.     

They were recommended on Angie's List; that's why we used them. We liked them a lot. The job came out great. They were courteous and prompt. It was just very nice. With regard to price, I really didn’t compare. I would certainly use them again in the future, and I would recommend them. I am going to have them probably do my daughter's house too.

We needed gutters for a long time.  Our old gutters were never pitched correctly and too small.  This company was recommended and I also found them on Angie's List.  All appointments were on time and phone calls returned quickly.  Appointment was made quickly.  Two men came to do the work.  They made on-site recommendations with good suggestions.  They completed the job in about 3 hours, cleaned up everything. 
With our recent heavy rains, I could hear the water pouring down the downspout.  It's a beautiful thing.  I would highly recommend E-Z Flow Gutters and they do other home repairs and will definitely consider them for future work.  A pleasure to work with.

Roof cleaning job on north side of cape cod house, spotty fungus growth and black algae type stains. Excellent job, good workers, fast appointment and quality work.. Don't wait if your roof needs it, it can become a very difficult task to remove them later.

The measure of a company is how they handle things when something does go wrong. They have my confidence.

Provided services exactly as discussed.  All of my questions/concerns immediately addressed.  Completed project on schedule.  Left the property as clean as it was before project.  Had one day of rain in middle of project.  Took extra care and precautions for rain.  House stayed dry.

EZ Flow said that they would try to squeeze me into their schedule and did so. They worked efficiently, cleaned up well and charged a reasonable fee for the work.

The crew arrived on time and went right to work. Answered all my questions and concerns. They were efficient and cleaned up the work site when they were finished. They did a great job. I can't wait for it to rain so I can see how my new gutters work.

rHe came on the date we set and was on time.  He came with his workers and his master carpenter.  They immediately went to work removing the old cedar wood and all materials around the chimney except the cap which was replaced at the end.  When they removed the wood which was all around the chimney and I have a 2 story house, removed all wood down the side of the house(chimney wall)  they found I didnt have any house wrap.  They put on the wrap without adding any cost. It took 2 full days to complete the job and they were neat and clean.  They removed old cedar and took it away.  Never left a mess at end of each day.  Work was completed to my  satisfaction  and looks great.  They stuck to the estimate even with the extra wrap.  Don the master carpenter and Operations Director did not stay at the job but came back and forth to make sure all went well.  I have no complaints.

We had terrible black markings all over our roof, it was embarrassing. For years we thought it was fuel spills from air crafts traveling over head and thought the only fix was to have the roof replaced. Our roof is extremely steep and the shingles are architectural shingles and the roof has many peaks and is very large so we figured it would be very costly to even attempt to have it cleaned... we gave it a shot and called EZ-Flow Innovations and received PROMPT service.   While they were here to clean the roof, we also had them repair an opening under our peek which was a gateway into our house for all types of critters.  Again, prompt, professional and excellent service!  They price was excellent too! They are a  very reputable company and we are extremely pleased.

Rob did a great job with our bathroom.  We had leaking problems and had to redo our whole bath and redo a lot of tile.  Even when we had a problem, Rob fixed it without a complaint.  He's a great contractor.
