Ralph’s Maintenance Cleaning

Ralph and his team did a wonderful job with our first house cleaning.  After contacting him by email and then by phone we were able to set up a time for an estimate.  My wife and I showed him through the house and what we would like done.  He gave us a estimate for an initial cleaning and then for maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks.  His price was fair and in the ballpark of other people we spoke to, even a little lower.  We were able to set up a time the next week.

Ralph arrived at our house on time and he and his two people went right to work.  They did a thorough job, cleaning under furniture, dusting lamps and molding, vacuuming carpets and furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, microwave, etc.  The only areas that weren't touched too much were areas where my wife and I had lots of clutter on the dresser in one bedroom and desk in the office.  Not a big deal and I appreciate they didn't try to move my piles of papers in the office!

Overall, we are very happy with Ralph's work and plan to continue using him for our cleaning.

Ralph and his team are very dependable, and reliable.  They are very professional and meets whatever needs we may have with cheerfulness.  They are very good at communicating, and are flexible with their dates.  I have not had a single negative experience in the two years they have been working for us.

It was so clean when they left that I didn't want to use anything and make it dirty!!!!!

Very courteous and professional.

Very friendly and pleasant to have in the home.  Paid attention and did a good job on areas that are important to me.
 The only thing I don't like is that I'm expected to wash cleaning towels.  I won't do that, I wouldn't put them in my regular wash .  I didn't hire a cleaning service to have extra laundry.

I have a 3 bedroom, two bath house. Ralph cleans all the rooms top to bottom. He uses his own supplies but discusses what he uses with the homeowner. I have used his services every two weeks for a few months now and have been very satisfied with his work.

Ralph came personally and spent a lot of time working on our windows. We have a lot of windows and they hadn't been cleaned in about 4 years. He did a great job, very high quality work. He was very careful around the house and left things in good shape. The whole house looks brighter and cleaner now that the windows were cleaned so well. I knew they were dirty but I didn't realize what a big difference a great window-cleaning job would make.

Things went very well. We were very pleased and impressed with Ralph and his staff. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them on a regular basis. I plan on using Ralph to clean my windows in the Spring. His price was very fair especially when I compare him to other quotes I received!! Kudos to Ralph!!!

Overall, they ( 3 people)   bring in their own cleaning supplies - including vacuum cleaners.  Each one has a assigned tasks and usually are only in my house about 1 l/2 hours.

He comes to my house every two weeks, him and two other workers, they are always the same people. They are here for an hour and a half and bring their own cleaning supplies. Ralph is hard working, honest, and reliable. I've been using for 23 years. He also does commercial cleaning and floor maintenance.
