We had an awful experience with Portugal Concrete. They've come back four times in a year and still not successful in resolving the issue about the violation on the concrete, now they don't even return our phone call. I have to call them 3 times a day for 36 days to fix things, and they haven't responded. The Better Business Bureau contacted them no response also. If friends asked me about them, I'll tell them don't even bother to hire them.

I would NOT RECCOMEND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR RELIABLE NOT LICENSED IN NYC DID NOT STAND BY THERE WORK THEY TALK A NICE GAME BUT THATS ALL.
