 + 2 moreWe had an awful experience with Portugal Concrete. They've come back four times in a year and still not successful in resolving the issue about the violation on the concrete, now they don't even return our phone call. I have to call them 3 times a day for 36 days to fix things, and they haven't responded. The Better Business Bureau contacted them no response also. If friends asked me about them, I'll tell them don't even bother to hire them.
Description of Work: Portugal Concrete attempted to clear a violation on the sidewalk, DOT violation

 + 3 moreI would NOT RECCOMEND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR RELIABLE NOT LICENSED IN NYC DID NOT STAND BY THERE WORK THEY TALK A NICE GAME BUT THATS ALL.
Description of Work: They replaced an entire sidewalk do to a DOT violation we recieved .They claimed to be DOT certified and were not. They are licenced and insured but this does not mean anything in NYC. They had us pull the permits for them because he said he did not have the time and we needed it done quickly. He scamed us. He did not pull the permits because he was not DOT certified and could not do so. We will have to take him to court to have the issue rectified. The side walk did not pass inspection and he keeps promising to fix but never shows.
