Bill was very responsive and knowledgeable. I called on a Friday and he was able to come on Saturday. My toilet was leaking and Bill gave us a couple of options to fix it. He did not pressure us to do the most expensive and worked with on our budget. He was efficient with his time and was able to fix the problem quickly.
