The pricing was very reasonable, in fact a little less then a few others but more importantly they were very professional.

They were wonderful, I used them twice. They were fabulous. I mentioned I was going to try and wrap the sofa and they shrink wrapped the whole thing for me. They suggested how to stack furniture in the garage so it wouldn't take up the whole space.  We will use them again. They were not very expensive.

After realizing how much work there was to do, I contacted Rob and he was on point to get back to me right away. I said I needed 1 person to help me pack and he provided me a perfect person "Polo" The guy was Excellent. He arrived on time, he treated the furniture like it was his own. I couldn't have been more pleased. Great worker, professional, and he definately knows how to pack up items. I spoke to Rob and needed Polo 2 more times to pack. And again Polo was right on time, and was a huge a help. This company was right on point, they did everything I asked, I couldn't have been more pleased. This Thursday is the Big Day to move and I feel all the confidence in the world it's going to go great. I recommend this Company 100% anytime of the day. You will not be disappointed at all. I have read about 90 percent of the reviews and this was the company that had the best reviews out of them all.

Great! They were on time, even a little early, and got straight to work. The gentlemen worked very hard and efficiently and impressed me with their professionalism, efficiency, and care for my household goods. I would definitely recommend!

Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The crew was courteous, neat and careful with our belongings. Just a superb effort all-around!

Thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The owner Rob was great. He kept in touch, followed up, was very professional and an all around decent guy. He gave me a flat price for the truck and then an hourly rate for the labor. which I felt was very reasonable. I was concerned that perhaps the guys would stall and drag their feet, to make more money but the two guys he sent me, Frankie and Luis were phenomenal. They moved quickly and efficiently. Being a mover is tough because clients want them to move fast, but also don't want their belongings damaged. So it's a tough balance. But these guys were great. They wrapped and padded everything perfectly and quickly. They loaded, unloaded efficiently. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were also extremely polite, professional, presentable, punctual, friendly and well-spoken. They were non-nonsense, got the job done, never complained. It is very difficult to find a good moving company. So many are shady, fly-by-night, irresponsible. If they even show up for the job at all, you have to cross your fingers they don't damage your things and hope they don't hold anything ransom when they decide to jack the price up at the end of the move. Rob was honest, professional and trustworthy. He even had an associate meet the drivers and I at the first stop to ensure everything was going smoothly-which it was. Very attentive. Excellent service. Excellent pricing. Was extremely happy with them. There was so much room for error and for things to go wrong, but the whole move went smoothly and seamlessly.

Rob and his crew continue to be great to work with. They have done multiple moves for us between our apartment in NYC, home in Quogue and furniture stores and warehouses in NYC and NJ. These guys are the best and save us money vs white glove services charged by high end furniture stores. I no longer ask for a quote because they are honest and hardworking. They do the job and charge me a fair price. Great guys and great company.

Rob and his team of 4 men did a great job of safely moving all our furnitures. All the pieces were wrapped. They dis-assembled some pieces and expertly re-assembled them at the destination. All the guys were courteous and efficient. The move was one hour over the estimated time, but we have no complaints as the men worked really hard. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Blue Collar Moving & Pickup Services are the BEST!!! Rob & his crew had me moved in 4 hours and went above and beyond for me.Rob and his crew were polite, friendly, worked their butts off, and were very professional.  I can actually eat out tonight too because it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!! I contacted the company only a few days before I needed the job done. I tried contacting them through angie's list, but I never got a response. There really isn't an alert for them to know they received a message, so I just contacted through their website. They contacted me back immediately.  They were very professional and punctual. They squeezed me into their schedule and even accommodated me with the time that I really needed. I dealt with one person over the phone and he was on top of everything. Since I was not at the site where they were picking up the cabinets, the gentleman made sure that he kept me in the loop on what time his workers arrived, left the site and when they were close by the delivery site so I could be ready. All the cabinets were wrapped well in thick blankets so they were well protected. Everything came in perfect condition. The workers placed everything carefully away in the storage shed (which is huge), making sure nothing scratched and everything was neat.  They were a little more expensive with their quote than another company that I called, but I have no regrets going with them. They were more eager to do the work, which in my eyes shows me that they are here to provide a service immediately.  The workers did not drag their feet just to get another hour out of me like other companies I have used. Their quote was pretty spot on with what I paid. No complaints here, I would use them again if needed. 

Rob and his crew were very professional and we're able to help us very quickly. They were on time and careful with our merchandise. I had used this company back in December for a large move and I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic, Wonderful, Amazing!! This company is the epitome of what a moving company should be. I am SO grateful to Steve, Rob and the 3 terrific gentleman that made this extremely difficult time for my family, much easier and stress-free! They went above and beyond what you expect from a moving company. The prompt next day response I received from Steve after the initial e-mail inquiring if they had this date available, was only the beginning of this great experience! He was there that afternoon to provide an estimate and the communication about the move was ongoing to make sure everything was in order. I was confident that it would go smoothly. And so it did and more! The 3 gentleman- and I say that because that is exactly what they were: polite, kind, respectful , hard-working gentleman- did an amazing job packing the truck with the many boxes and wrapping every piece of furniture and more with the padding they provided. They were so careful with everything. When we got to the storage unit and I realized that it might be a little too small for all the things on the truck, I started to panic. But Rob, who oversaw everything, assured me that they would make it work and be able to fit all of it. Well, not only did that happen and with perfection, but we even had some room left over for some items we needed to store that weren't on the truck. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Collar Moving. I consider myself and my family very fortunate to have found this extraordinary moving company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Blue Collar moving was awesome! They came on time, worked hard the whole time and were highly professional. Their price was reasonable considering the amount of work that was performed. Extremely happy with the experience with Rob and Blue Collar Moving!  We hired a crew of 3 people from Blue Collar Moving  to load a 28 ft. trailer we had rented to take the first load of our belongings on a move from Long Island to Massachusetts.  We did much of the prep work for the move before they arrived, boxing and wrapping many of the furniture pieces. Rob and his crew arrived right on time, and worked well in wrapping remaining furniture pieces we had had not gotten to.  They were very professional and careful with our belongings, and packed the trailer well, leaving very little extra space (always a good thing!).   We appreciate the work they did, and are having them return in a couple of weeks to load another trailer for the second stage of our move.  Would highly recommend Rob and Blue Collar Moving.  Rob was great in returning my phone calls when I had questions, his quote was right on (no surprises), they arrived right on time, and his crew was very friendly and professional.  They did great work!

I contacted Blue Collar through the Angies List site. I received a response from my inquiry almost immediately. I told them my problem. I had a large piece of furniture that I wanted moved into my basement, but I wasn't sure if it would fit but down the basement stairs. I supplied the measurements and we discussed their rates, which were fair, but since I wasn;t sure if it would fit, I didn't want to spend the money to find out. They offered to come over and take a look to see if it could be done, so I was thrilled. They came over at exactly the agreed time! I was amazed.
Measurements were taken and unfortunately, (or fortunately that I didn't have to waste money) The piece would not fit.
I want to thank them for their honesty and promptness and for saving me the headache of someone attempting and charging me for something that could not be done.
Thanks guys!! And although it didn't work out this time, you will be the first I call for moving services in the future!!

Excellent job!  Absolutely no problems.  Good price and under estimate with no extra charges.  They showed up on time and the person that gave the estimate also supervised the moving, thats a very good perk. Very friendly and experienced movers. Everything padded well and no damage to anything.  I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Rob, Steve and crew did an awesome job. They came to our apartment on time, and immediately started removing boxes. They treated our furniture with care. They were all very friendly and professional. The move was easier to manage for me because of the way the guys did their job. I would definitely use their services again.

Steve and Rob were very accommodating quickly scheduling an appointment for and delivering the estimate.  Their quote was in line with others, but their friendliness and professionalism was what made me decide to go with them. 
On moving day they were punctual, got right to the job and even finished a little earlier than expected, which translated into a savings for me.
They put down floor protectors so they didn't track in dirt or scratch the floors.  Furniture was wrapped in blankets and where appropriate disassembled to protect it.  They even wrapped a glass table top separately from the table instead of trying to tape them together. 
At the destination everything was unloaded into the rooms I specified and reassembled if necessary.  They even arranged the furniture according to my instructions.  Finally they cleaned up after themselves, taking away all the used tape and rolls.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
