THOMASVILLE FURNITURE GALLERY

If I could give this business zero stars, I certainly would. We purchased almost $10K of Thomasville furniture over a year ago. Over half the furniture we received was damaged (dents in the furniture, noticeable surface scratches, inlays missing, joints already popping, etc.). It is now over a year later, and we still haven't received the correct furniture. I am completely fed up with Thomasville corporate and this store. We had months of delays because the manufacturing facilities couldn't get the correct pieces in, and when they did finally get them in they were damaged. We've also had the Farmingdale store order the incorrect colors/pieces, which resulted in further delays. Tracy (manager) and Nicole at the store have been largely unhelpful. We've bought Thomasville furniture exclusively our entire lives, but after this experience I will never purchase another Thomasville piece of furniture again. Part of the issue is corporate's fault (the move to manufacturing in Asia has resulted in very noticeable quality issues, and supply issues have resulted in months and months of delays). Part of the issue is the store's fault (because they are incapable of ordering the correct pieces and resolving issues in a timely manner when they occur). I would not spend the money to buy Thomasville furniture anymore. It is no longer a premium furniture brand.
