Magic Carpet Cleaning & Dyeing

I called Magic Carpet based on all the favorable reviews and all were true.  Scott and his assitant were on time, expained evrything in advance and did a terrific job at a great price.  We are totally satisfied with this service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

The crew from Magic carpet arrived right on time and got right to work. They performed as expected and within the estimate that they gave me. I would not hestiate to use them again.

I have a large dog who, while fully house trained, occasionally causes stains to occur on my beige carpet.  I called Magic Carpet because of it's very high rating on Angie's List and I was not disappointed.  The owner responded quickly to my phone call and was very helpful in setting up an appointment.  He arrived at the designated time and did a great job cleaning my carpeting.  He was clean, efficient and very polite.  I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet and I would certainly use them again in the future.

The technician (Scott)arrived within the scheduled time-  (he called to see if he could come earlier, but I was not available).  He was professional and friendly.  he first looked over the areas to be cleaned, checking for condition and stains. We went over which items would be able to be cleaned well, and which stains might be difficult to remove (Red Gator-aid), and the pricing - which matched the phone quote.  He started the cleaning on the main level , living room and dining room, placing protective foam pieces under furniture legs. He then did the stairwal, upper hallway and main bedroom.  Most of the stains on the living room carpet came out, the red gator-aid stain did lighten somewhat, but did not come out, as expected. I did not opt for the optional difficult stain removal process (extra fee- explained in advance ) since the carpet was over 10 yrs old).  The carpets came out better than I expected.  they dried within a few hours since it was a dry day.  I would  use this company again in the future when I do the carpets in my home. He did provide a discount for being an Angie's list member

He did a great job and was very nice. The carpet looks great! I called 2 other companies and their prices were much higher. This is a one man operation which is why his prices are so cheap. He said that if I happen to see any spots that he missed that he would come back.

It was a very good experience.  They came very promptly, the next day after I called.  He did an efficient job.  He also did an extra room.

Don't try to remove stains from carpet yourself, you will only ruin it.  Call the pros, especially Magic Carpet.  They know what they are doing and you will NOT be disappointed.
