I was able to get a large Hunter Douglass shade cleaned and purchase verticals for a sliding glass door in two days.
They do the work right on their premises.
I ordered two horizontal blinds that will be delivered by mail to my home.
I will definitely use their services again.

VERY WELL

I was going to buy shades where my husband would have to install them himself. Then I went to Instant Verticals  Farmingdale store to look for pleated shades for our bedroom.  Christine help me and set up an appt for Ira to come to the house and measure.  I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but after Ira left I had my doubts.  I was going for regular pleated shades and he kept pointing out benefits of honey combed pleated.  Anyway two days later I went back to the store and Michael gave me a sample to take home.  I  called them later that day to change my order and they were extremely nice about it. The only difficulty was scheduling a time for installation since they don't start till 10:00 am. But the installer came exactly on time and quickly and expertly installed the shades on all three windows.  Th price was not much different than that quick blind store... I love my new shades.  They are perfect!!i Definitely use them!!
Update. Just bought verticals for my sliding glass door. Cannot wait to have them installed..two more days!Great experience again!

I have skylight shades and I thought I needed new ones. Michael Moran is the owner. I first spoke with Chrissy and she took so much attention in showing me the huge selection they have. I identified the one I had at home and told them that it had a broken handle. She said that it was a Hunter Douglas. She told me that instead of me having to buy new shades; all I needed was a new handle. They came the next day and gave me new handles for under a hundred dollars.  It was unbelievable; I saved a few hundred dollars. They were very nice, courteous and attentive. They really were good. They were supposed to come on a Monday and they called and said they were coming the next day, which was fine. They were the nicest people that I could ever meet. The man that came was courteous. Everything with the company was excellent.

They were excellent. Their price is a little higher, but worth it. Michael went out of his way and was very responsive. He came out of normal business hours for our convenience. He sold the blinds to us helping with selections and suggestions, along with a few decorating tips. He also installed them.

Instant Verticals Inc were very quick to get our blinds made. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about the measuring and installing. The price was a little steep, but the quality of the work makes us satisfied. They're very good.

BRIAN (THE SALESMAN) HELPED ME TO PICK OUT THE CORRECT SHADE TO COORDINATE WITH EVERYTHING IN BOTH ROOMS. THE INSTALLERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
