Technician, Joe called us within a few minutes of requesting a need for repair. He arranged for an appointment the next day and gave us a firm time. All others gave us 6-8 hour “windows” The Technician arrived on time and his fee was 1/2 the price of the other companies, charging less than $80 to come out and diagnose the issue. The fee was included in the labor time so really the most expensive item was the parts itself that were needed. He walked my wife and me through the problem and what is required to correct it. We recently had new siding on our home and the siding workers in moving the unit lost/misplaced the service switch. Luckily Joe had a service switch in his work van and the crisis was averted. Bottom line: fast, reliable, honest and fair service.

The crew came on time & was very professional. from the time i called the company to service my 2 AC central air units they came within 24 hours for an annual maintenance.

First of all from the first phone call to the time the repair was finished I felt extremely comfortable dealing with this company. They are one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with and I'm a builder/developer so I don't use the term lightly. Joe the technician came ontime, was extremely qualified, diagnosed the problem, had the parts, fixed the problem and was gone within an hour. The price was fair - It doesn't get any better then this. Highly recommend!

I understand it was a pretty crazy time of the year but the service person could have been more courteous and patient in explaining the issue and flexible to be available until we were back home but the issue was resolved , hence no complaints.Thank you so much for a job well done!!!!

Did a great job

Service person arrived on time. Found the issue after a bit of investigation and repaired faulty wiring. The job was more expensive than I anticipated but on a 90 degree day I was not complaining.

Tony and Jake were excellent. They explained the repairs and what needed to be done.

After sitting in a cold home needing someone to help get the heat back on, Garner sent someone to my home late afternoon. Not much was required to get the heat on. I will be calling in the spring for my AC tune up!

The first person that was sent was very knowledgeable but did not completely resolve the problem and left me somewhat confused. However after I made a second call to follow-up on what was advised another service rep was dispatched. The second person made sure the problem was resolved and did not leave until i was completely satisfied.

Joe arrived promptly the same day I reacged out and effectively diagnosed the issue with my cooling unit. He took the time to show and explain everything I was interested in learning about, which I appreciated. I'd recommend Garmer's service.

Technician took 15 minutes to write bill and then charged me for extra half hour. Work was done and he kept stalling.
