Four Seasons showed up promptly to give me an estimate. We sat down and the entire process was described, including the GAF certification process. I called for a few estimates and some came by and just dropped off the estimate and some explanatory materials. It was nice to be able to actually sit with the contractor. The price was slightly north of the middle of all of my estimates, but from talking with the Four Season contractor, I felt it was the best combination of reliability, experience, quality and price. They gave me a anticipated start date (subject to weather), and they actually kept that date. The entire project was done in a day. My wife and I still had not decided on the style of tile until the last day, and Four Seasons was fine with that. The roof came out perfectly, and we have not had any problems with it. The cleanup was good. There were a few minor pieces of the old tiles that I found and there were a couple of nails that were hidden in the grass. There was nothing that I felt I needed to call them back to take care of. Especially when talking about nails, perfection is ideal, but it is possible that a nail or two could get missed. Just make sure to double check it yourself (no matter who does the job), since you will be the one stepping on something if it is hidden in your grass. These guys came in, did what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it. There were no additional charges beyond the estimate. I would use them again if I had any roofing issues.

The estimator who came to our home was professional and courtesy. He made a through examination of our roof and presented us the our options regarding replacement, cost, completion time, possible wood replacement and examples of materials. The price was in line with what we expected and the job was started and completed on time. Not a nail could be found in my yard and the roof looks fantastic. Would strongly recommend you use them.

Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. The estimator came promptly after our initial phone call. He spent well over an hour going over options and giving very helpful suggestions. He brought in all the different colors, even placing the roofing so we could get an idea of how the colors would work with our home. He was very professional and we felt the quoted price was fair. He by far gave the best presentation of his service. You are getting a warranty. They are using the best quality roofing. Remember, you always get what you pay for. I watch my grandchildren and I was concerned about loose nails. They exceeded my expectations with their clean up. They used a magnetic rake to pick up all the nails. I didn't find a single nail. It was like they weren't even here. I only have wonderful things to say about this experience. This was done amazingly easy and pain free. Feel confident in using this company. They really are wonderful.

The information was good. He was very thorough. He has not yet contacted us, but I have not contacted him either. He was Prompt and professional. The estimate was close to the another companies.

Everything was great. In pricing, they were the highest of 3 or 4 estimates but their presentation, coupled with the fact that they were certified by a GAF roofing and shingle company, and the fact that they were in business for 20 years, made me choose them. I found them to be a first rate company. I got a 30 year warranty on the roof, and they offered good follow up. The salesman even came to the house the morning of the installation to make sure that the materials were correct and to introduce me to the crew foreman. Overall, I was very pleased with this company.

Probably one of the best experiences we've ever had with any company. From start to finish, they are professional yet an authentically family business. Four Season's price was mid range, combative with bids we'd obtained from several competitors. On the targeted day, the crew arrived punctually. We have nothing but good to say about these men who did quality work, finishing the job leaving no indication they'd been there except a beautiful roof that may outlive us. Most of the time the boss was on site. No question these people go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Recommend without reservation.

They were excellent. I thought I had a loose shingle on my roof, and the man was here the next day. Their clean up was a little sloppy, but the actual work was good. They were very responsive.

FOUR SEASONS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND HAS AFFORDABLE PRICES. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK, I WILL BE HAVING THEM COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO PUT GUTTER COVERS ON, THAT WILL KEEP ME FROM HAVING THEM CLEANED AS OFTEN.
