Mr. Bollman made a special trip to the cottage and worked with our family to locate the cause of the damage and fix it. Old cottages sometimes have strange arrangements in the walls, arrangements that might have had a purpose at one time and no longer do. Mr. Bollman has worked for us before, and always goes to extraordinary lengths to figure out what the problem is and fix it and offer advice on how to prevent such problems in the future. He is very professional and very skilled and his prices are excellent. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know.

I called Tom in a jam. I was having issues replacing my bathroom faucet, I should have known better than to try it myself. Tom came over a few hours after I called, and within an hour he had everything connected and working properly. He made it look easy.

I called Bollman's last night about a stopped up toilet, and eventhough I said it was not an emergency, Tom was here first thing the next morning. He quickly fixed the problem and then I asked him about a dripping faucet. He again, quickly assessed the issue and replaced the faucet. His service was great and he had great costomer service as well as left no mess. His fee was also quite reasonable. I would recommend Bollman's to anyone in the surrounding area and will call him again if I have any future plumbing issues.

I contacted Tom monday afternoon about my bathroom sink issue and he was able to come by wednesday morning and resolve it. Speedy, professional service across the board.

They have been good enough in their job and they have done all sorts of things too, although they only concentrate on plumbing and air conditioning. Their price was very reasonable. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. There were no filings, or if they were having to drill a hole, they would clean up really well. They were very responsive; if they tell us we have to wait until tomorrow, they will be there tomorrow. If there is a real emergency, they come right away. Also, when they say they are going to be there, they will be there. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

I have had Tom Bollman as my plumber for several years. The price and date I put in are just approximates to fill out this form as he has provided service to me in two different homes on many occasions. He installed a high efficiency gas water tank for me. That was an emergency situation and he came right away in the middle of the night. The next time I used Mr. Bollman, I had an upstairs bathroom leak into my kitchen. He removed and installed a new tub and drain at what I thought was a very good price. When I renovated a new house I purchased a couple of years ago,, I had him install my high efficiency boiler and water tank system. It was the first time he had installed that particular type. I got receipts for all purchases and his work hours in all situations. He has assisted us since with new thermostat, etc. We have a friend who works with plumbing and he said that the boiler was installed very well, so I know Mr. Bollman did a very good job with that new heating/hot water system. The only reason I rated two "Good" instead of excellent is because he was very friendly and outgoing (which is rather a bonus as far as I am concerned, but other people may not like that) and as far as price, I don't know what people expect. I think he is quite reasonable and in line with other professionals in our region., so I haven't used a different plumber since I hired him so I cannot compare.

Tom came when he said he would. He did a very professional job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Tom form Bollman Plumbing was here when it said he would be every time. Tom did a great job each time and a great job of cleaning up after after him self. We will continue to use Bollman Plumbing and recommending him to others.

Got to say it went well. He came right away in the morning and sized the situation up. By the afternoon, my dad had a lovely new throne, quiet and dripless. Just what the doctor ordered! Fast and not too expensive. We are quite satisfied and would definitely hire him again. Oh and he hauled the old toilet away as well!

On each occasion that I hired Tom his work has been exemplary. His special genius (he calls it "The Secret Stuff") becomes evident when it comes to solving hard-to-solve plumbing nightmares. His solutions for some of my potential nightmares were simple and cost effective each and every time. I honestly would not call another plumber if they were giving their services away for free. And, may I add, that he gives his services up with a smile. What a great find he has been!

I hired him for two services. He put an A/C in for me and charged a $600 deposit. He quoted me at $2,000. When he arrived for the service, he brought a different worker over that actually had the experience. After everything was said and done, I was charged $3,125 in total. My sink also had problems and the hoses needed to be changed. He charged $75 for the service call and $50 for the repair. He took the hoses out from under the sink and replaced them with one that was too short. It was okay until he left. The next day, the entire underneath of my sink was soaked because the hoses were not long enough. I called on his cell phone many times but he would never return my call. To this day, he has still never called me back. The bill was $125 before it broke and I only gave him $75.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. It's very hard to find a great plumber in Jamestown and I was lucky to find Tom.
