When I was told that I only needed part of the exhaust pipe replaced and that they thought my muffler might last an additional two years, I thought wow, now that's honesty! So I saved the cost of a new muffler which I couldn't afford at that time since buying two new tires was a total surprise to me and I wanted to limit my costs. So, the exhaust pipe repair was $125.00 which was much cheaper than a new muffler! So I left with two new tires (that were $20 cheaper than another place I got an estimate from), and I left with a quiet car which was a pleasant feeling, since the noise was getting loud and annoying.

I left my car there for the day and they called toward the end of the day to tell me that I needed the oxygen sensor replaced. The next day the repairs were done. They always do a good job. There is no appointments. Either you leave your car there for the day or you can wait in line while they do the work. I've done it both ways and the wait can be quite a few hours. They do a good and through job, always. I've taken my cars here for years.

I had a hole somewhere in the exhaust system of my car. The muffler shop found the problem and repaired it while I waited. it took less than an hour and a half and cost $65. I was very pleased with the service. The waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with magazines. I would definately recommend them.

They were less expensive than some of the other places. They didn't seem to try and sell me something I didn't need. I felt they were honest. If I had to use them again I probably would.

They were very fast and friendly.

Took vehicle in at 7:30 am on Friday, saying I needed it by 5:00. Vehicle was finished at 7pm. When I picked it up, I drove about 1/2 mile and brake light came on for emergency brake, along with dinging alarm. Called Muffler Shop on Monday to tell them of issue. Brought vehicle back Wednesday during lunch hour, being told they would get me in quickly. After waiting one hour without them getting in vehicle, they eventually told me (after waiting 1.75 hours) that they needed a part. I walked back to work. I assumed this work would be covered. They told me it was a switch, not near where they were working, but they would cover it. Tone of exchange was not warm and friendly. I have used Muffler Shop in the past for brakes and alignment. Their actual work is good, for the most part. However, they make no appointments, it's first come, first serve. If you do not have patience, or cannot be without your car, don't go there.

The owner will honor coupons even if you forget to bring them with you. You also don't need a set an appointment to be serviced as they accept walk ins only. I was surprised when they told me that I needed new tires but it has been awhile since I have had to buy new ones. My car runs great now.
