• Did not show up.Had to call for snow removal every time...this was not the agreement? They requested $250.00 upfront BUT did not honor the contract...ez4u agreed to deposit snow to the right or left side of driveway@ the end...not in the middle???

When I signed the contract, they indicated they would include staking the driveway out, which they hadn't done by the first significant snowfall in December.  They did come timely on the first day of snow (Wednesday 12/10), but only plowed one side of a double driveway and pushed the snow pretty far back into the yard, knocking out some patio blocks near the side door to the garage.  I called the owner's cell phone and went to voice mail, so I left a message indicating the above, recognizing they were probably busy.  I never received a call back nor did anyone come to the house, so I called again Thursday morning, since we had gotten 8-9 inches of additional snow overnight.  I called the office this time and someone answered, telling me they had someone in Pittsford and they would be there shortly.  Nobody came, so after 3 or 4 hours and calling several more time with no reply, I went out and cleared the driveway myself.   I then called again Friday morning and spoke to the owner, expressing how unhappy I was, especially with the fact that no one returns calls.  While he was apologetic, I felt I got just about every excuse there was - equipment problems, trouble with the phones, the driver told him he did come, etc.  After some discussion, I was told someone would be there first thing Saturday to stake out the driveway and they would do much better with future snow,  Saturday morning came and went and nobody showed up, so I called again just after noon.  The owner said he was just leaving for my house now.  Needless to say at this point I now had no confidence in their service so I advised him I wanted to cancel the contract and I'd find someone else to do my driveway.
