With the current weather pattern - scheduling was a challenge. They communicated well and the job done Thursday was super. I’m happy to have signed up for the full year lawn treatment.

Very well. Before each application Brockman called to say when they were coming and what service was to be performed. That was very helpful to me.

Said I'd receive a quote within two days. Last I heard from them.

It went very well. It was done very quickly and with no traces left of the removed branches.

Brockman employees are awesome. We hired them for cleanup of brush and wood piles. They were very very professional. Brokman is a great company!

Terrible. Total lack of communication between workers and business office and customer. Our lawn looked terrible. They worked too fast with no concern for the customer's concerns.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Brockmans. They're competitively priced and always return phone calls to discuss best options for my lawn. They have come out several times at no additional charge, to inspect the lawn. I used their 100% organic program for several years and find them to be environmentally sensitive and responsible. I went from having the worst lawn on my street to one that makes me happy. I use their online services for payment and communication.

Lawn was damaged (business owner denied responsibility but subsequently repaired it) and plowing wasn't always reliable. Business owner doesn't like his opinions questioned.

Not good, 1/12 night snow storm, guy showed up 1/13 at 130pm whereas, should've been taken care earlier in the morning. I emailed at 8am w address phone no. that i have to go to work at 9am, no one respond nor showed up, i have to clear more than 1 ft snow from 4 car long driveway. I was late 2hrs from work and lost 2hrs pay showing up late, you should pay my loss. Brockmann and company are bunch of liars say will come on 3 inch or more will come and clean. Over several years they been doing same thing on storm days when we needed the most, I ignored and plow thru many many times but they come very very late whereas my across neighbor has lawn care guys comes regularly and responsibly, unfortunately i couldn't sign up w him bc he was all book. I should've learned my lesson over the years. Customer service lady is always good. you would think you over pay approx.$379 plus tax and will get better service. Its not happening thru Brockmann for me. I would like to hear back from Brockmann to give me credit back the one I have done myself and heavy one under my health condition and like get my 2hrs pay as I trusted him and hired him. Hope you don't call me with old excuses truck broke down and roads were very bad and the guys been working overnight very tired but they did not for me. Snow Plowing contracts and those excuses think about it.. lame. If they showed up once then I could plowed thru in 6 inches easily and If neighbor guy showed up 7am you can do it too. you have my phone no, waiting for your courtesy call

They did a great job - the fertilized and seeded the entire front lawn, in addition to the patched spot, and the lawn looks better than it has all year. They were quick with an estimate and I was still waiting for other estimates to be scheduled and they already had the work done.

They don't plow in my neighborhood but were very fast and professional in their response.

We wouldn't use any other service! Brockman's employees are very professional. That professionalism and responsiveness extends to their office staff as well.

Friendly service as always. They were courteous and let me have the Dogs do their duty before starting fertilization. They were always careful to spray around newly seeded areas of the lawn.

Went fine on my new lawn. Hoping to see results soon. Weeds did start to shrivel the day of application.

I had just moved into a new house late in the fall and hired Brockman without doing much research. Although they did a good job in snow removal,, there was, of course, not a lot of work to be done this past winter, except for the huge March snowstorm. The company does a very good job in keeping customers up to date by sending out "snow event" emails. I felt their price was high, and will likely do some shopping around for next season.
