Mike was terrific. They were very flexible with the time of the service call. He called before he came when agreed and got right to work. He cleaned my coils as well. Very polite and focused. He took care not to track in dirt to the house. in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Very well - the problem was that the tub bearing seal was leaking and fouling the belt (I think). The repairman explained the problem, answered several questions I had about how to fix it, and gave us a couple of options for dealing with it. We decided to have him clean it, but not fix it. It is working well now, though we know it's not a permanent fix.

These guys are wonderful. They have always gotten back to me very quickly after I have called. They have always sent someone over quickly to fix problems with our appliances. I called late on Friday and left a message. This was not a crisis issue but one that still needed repair. I was called back Monday morning and asked if Tuesday would be satisfactory which is was. On Tuesday, I received a call giving me an arrival time and asking if it would be OK to come then. When the refrigerator was disassembled, the circuit board was found to have a burn spot on it that was causing the freezer issue. The serviceman actually had a replacement board in his truck and replaced the defective board. Cost of the board was quoted at $275.

Brian's service sent out Dave Marsh, who did an excellent job. Unfortunately, my fridge had a refrigerant leak and he was unable to repair because it would require replacement of the entire evap coil system, which is a larger job than they can handle and possibly more than the fridge is worth. Despite the situation, Dave was very helpful and the price charged was kept as reasonable as possible considering inability to repair.

My refrigerator stopped cooling a week before Christmas. Called on Saturday and they came first thing Monday morning. It went excellent. Mike was prompt and professional. He tracked down a part that normally has to be ordered. He went over on the other side of the city to pick it up. Came back later that day in between other jobs to complete the repair. Timely, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable cannot ask for more than that!

This is the second time I have used them. He is very affordable. and very quick to respond. I was really impressed. He first came because my washing machine was not working and he gave me great advice. He was very cost conscious and so, he told me that fixing it it really would not be good because of it's age/it was very old. He gave me ideas about refurbished washing machines which I ended up getting from another place. It was great advice. He was here within an hour and a half. I was very very impressed because the previous appliance people that I had called that day kept me waiting all day and then they said that they hadn't scheduled me.

I would definitely hire this service provider again if needed. He was very professional. He explained what was wrong and what repairs were needed. He had to order a part for the dishwasher,he called as soon as he received the part and set up another appointment. He was timely, friendly and efficient.

It went excellent. Brian came the day after we called and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The oven hasn't given us a problem since (knock on wood) and we would feel very comfortable hiring Brian again.

Smooth but expensive. I had purchased a highly rated disposal which they agreed on the phone to install. However the installer did not want install it because it may be different than what they are used to installing. So in the end I returned my $80 disposal so I could pay appx twice that for one that was not as good. If they had told me on the phone they would only install their own favorite brand I would have hired someone else but I was time constrained so went forward with them.

It was great working with Brian. He had to order the part but kept me in the loop as to when the part was delivered and called to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. He was able to remove the counter top, replace the burner and get everything back together in about half an hour. I'm very satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for appliance repair.
