What a pleasure, Chuck the salesman was on time, asked a lot of questions and designed a system around our lifestyle (unlike the other firms who just wanted to get in and get out). The installation was flawless, I saw no holes (unlike the electricians) and they even vacuumed my house when they were done. The cameras that they installed have a fabulous picture. They had two different DVR s and Chuck took the time to explain the differences and I choose the more expansive Toshiba DVR and boy, I am glad I did. I can even see the cameras on the Internet. What a breath of fresh air to have a professional company who cares working in my home. Stratagem Security IS THE BEST, I recommend them to all my friends.

I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS. I'VE RECOMMENDED THEM. I'M VERY SATISFIED. THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALL. IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY THEY ARE HERE ON THE SPOT AND IF IT CAN WAIT THEY ARE THERE WITHIN TWO DAYS.
