The plumber had came almost three months ago to fix the same problem. He did a very good job, When he came back on the 14th of June, he told me he wouldn't make me pay for this visit since he should have changed a piece he hadn't changed the first time since he hadn't it with him. Since he hadn't changed that piece I had a problem again. I felt he was a very honest since I wouldn't have known about the difference if he had made me paid for the visit. They are definitively the best plumber I have had in my home in 7 years .I had been impressed the first time already by the punctuality and the responsiveness of this company. Very pleasant also. If you leave a message they do their best to call you back as soon as possible.

Billy and Eddy did a great job. Very professional, high quality work at a very reasonable price for nearly 6 man-hours of time by 2 highly experienced plumbers. Used all brass fittings on the exterior of the home instead of cheaper galvanized, which would eventually corrode. Installed 2 brass shut-off valves, one inside, one outside and leak tested everything. I guess the best compliment is that I won't have to redo any of their work once they leave. Many times when I have work done I end up changing a cheap fitting for a higher quality one, using better or additional support for the piping (metal instead of plastic), re-doing poorly run pvc lines, that type of thing. Not this time.

The original scope of work (change the faucet in the basement sink for the washing machine) was not done due to an emergency in the kitchen sink and drainage pipe. The pipe connected to the kitchen sink was clogged up and we needed someone immediately. We called Frank Marinelli Plumbing and Heating Corp. instead. They were not able to come instantly but had recommended someone else--not an Angie's list member. We did have someone within hours to clear the drain. Part of our problem was our old garbage disposal. We were having problem getting a comparable garbage disposal and it had taken more than a week to accomplish the purchase. As it turned out the new garbage disposal has a plug connected to it whereas our 23-year old disposal was hot wired. Since Frank Marinelli does not have a licensed electrician, we had to get someone else immediately to install a plug for the disposal. After everything is ready, the old disposal was removed and the new garbage disposal was installed by Frank Marinelli Plumbing & Heating Corp. Since my original scope of work had changed, I prefer not to judge the different type of work done. However, we are satisfied with the job Frank Marinelli Plumbing & Heating Corp. had done. Included in the cost are 3 different visits in a complicated situation.

It went well he was very good. He came on time. No complaints no problem.

My house is 60 years old, and the original plumbing remains in place in many areas of the home. I recently noticed a leak in the basement. The location of the leak was difficult to acces, as it was above the crossbeams in the basement ceiling. In the short-term, I was able to place a bucket to catch most of the water, and was unable to fix the leak using leak seal. After reading very positive reviews on Angie's list, I called Frank Marinelli Plumbing. He was super responsive, and really wanted to better understand the problem prior to sending someone on the call. We did some troubleshooting over the phone, and he requested that I send pictures via smart phone so he could view the access issues. He was totally honest and straightforward that he could not come for a few days because he was overcommitted. Since my issue was not major, and the buckets were providing a short-term solution, I agreed to wait. I must say, I am 100% certain I made the right decision. Eddie called when he was on the way, and quickly identified what needed to be done. Since access to the pipes was difficult, he had to cut some crossbeams to perform the repairs. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and efficiently performed the services needed to seal the leak. We did a quick test, and I was pleased the leak was repaired. I would highly recommend Frank Marinelli Plumbing, and would certainly use his services again. He was very responsive, very honest, and did a great job at a most reasonable price.

Two months later and I'm still waiting for a visit. Frank was very helpful and kind on the phone, but always told me he was very busy and would call me back later that day to confirm an appointment time. It was not an emergency service, so I could take the time to wait. I'd call back a week later and get the same response; overall I've probably spoken with him on 5 different occasions, not one of which did he ever actually set an appointment. Normally after two instances I'd have given up and found someone else, but he was very helpful and said he caught the flu which knocked him off schedule for a bit. I'm well past the point of understanding at this time however and have gone else where for the work.

Came over at different times for several small jobs. Repairman were prompt, professional, knowledgable. Would definitely use them for any size job and highly recommend.

Clear conversation with costs with Billie Marinelli beforehand. Service completed and house left spotless. Roland and Billie cordial and flexible about scheduling; service started and completed as expected on time. Excellent service and interaction.

All work went very well. They came up with an innovative solution and did the work. They had to order a part and returned as soon as it came in and completed the work.

They were a piece of cake to work with. Bill came by and gave great suggestions on what to do and not to do. He is very honest and follows through with everything as discussed. A pleasure to work with.

We had an electrician replace our breaker panel over the winter as it was old and water was getting in. When we tried to start the a/c this Spring the air blew but was not cold. We had an a/c company come over and told us that no power was getting to the compressor. Marinelli Electric came out and determined, pretty quickly, that the wires for the compressor had never been connected to the new breaker but had been left hanging in the breaker box. The wires were connected and the a/c works fine. Excellent job. We have a few more items that will need work and will definitely use Marinelli again!

Billy is always SUPER responsive- calls right back and seems a straight-talker. We have now used this company about 4 or 5 times and while you never WANT to need a plumber we're very confident to have Martinelli to rely on. Absolutely would recommend them and use them again.

Spoke with one of the Marinelli men who was very informative, giving me more than enough information needed to make an informed choice--telling me wher I could view models of what I wanted locally and compare prices online. They showed up promptly, installed a new toilet, fixed another that kept running, and examined our sump pump. Their prices were fair and they were courteous. What more can you ask?

My husband said the guy on the phone was very nice and very helpful. We weren't sure if it was an emergency situation or not, he assured us it wasn't and he came over as soon as he could.

We are so glad we called Marinelli Plumbing! Billy was wonderful and gave us good advice for our leaking hose bibs. He promptly scheduled an appointment with us and sent a very experienced plumber, Roland, to our home. Roland called us to let us know when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was able to answer all our questions (we are new home buyers and a lot of this was new to us) and even called my husband to follow up on some advice he had given him. Roland replaced two valves to stop the leaks. The price was extremely fair!! We will definitely be using Marinelli Plumbing in the future - what a wonderful company.

I got their name from word of mouth, but then looked them up using Angie's list. I put in a call, and explained it was not an emergency, however got a call back within the hour. He set a date and showed up punctually and did an excellent job

Everyone was very helpful from the start. I spoke with their office and within 1/2 hour someone called me to say they were on their way. The job was done quickly, cleanly and perfectly. The serviceman even fixed another minor problem he uncovered inside the tank. We had a handle that had to be held down to drain the bowl. He replaced the workings and now it works like a dream. The price was fair and I even got an "Angie's List" discount. I will call them again whenever I have a plumbing project or a problem.

Called Billy on Wednesday afternoon September 5, 2012 and explained that my town water bill was threes times the normal amount, Billy spoke to me for about a half hour that night asking questions and responed on Thursday morning to find where the problem was coming from, he diagnosed and isolated the the leak under the concrete floor that was the homes main water line feeding the upstairs , he recommended to save money cutting the incoming line and run the new coper pipes by the ceiling, he adjusted his appointments on Friday September 7, 2102 since this was an emergency job, told me he would call back later in the day to conform he would be coming on Friday, Thursday evening Billy called and told me he would be coming Friday morning between 8;30 and 9 AM, he arrived with another staff member at 8:45 AM Friday, got right to work and completed the job in the early afternoon, the leak was eliminated. Since I did not have a rgular plumber I was glad that my wife found them on Angies list, I would not hesitate to use Marinelli plumbing for future plumbing needs based on my experiance with Billy, he takes the time to talk with you and get the necessary information before coming to the site, Billy tells you when he will call you back and provides you the appointent time and his staff arrives within the time frame window he gave, they did an excellent job and got a new customer.

My wife called Marinelli Plumbing. They said it should be a quick job and they quoted their hourly rate. The plumber came as agreed the next day. It was a quick job and we paid the expected rate of $105 less a 10% senior citizen discount (plus tax). Got them from Angieslist and they are now at the top of my list of plumbers to call.
