Description of Work: Had a leaking kitchen sink. Billy came the same day to replace faulty parts. Excellent service.

Description of Work: My problem was rather simple and Frank explained how I could do it myself and save more than $300. He could have come and charged me but he preferred to put money in my pocket rather than his. I find this most unusual.

Description of Work: Having shut off the main water valve in the house to tackle a minor on my own, I managed to snap off the handle when I went to turn the water back, leaving the entire house w/out water. This was on a Sunday evening and I din't even think to try to reach someone then. In retrospect, I'm sure Marinelli would have responded had I called. I left a voice message first thing in the a.m. and got a call back from Billy very shortly thereafter. He explained that I needed to get the town first to shut off the water at the curb and to call back once that had happened, which I did. Kevin arrived shortly thereafter, did his thing, installed a new water meter that the town had left behind and despite waiting over 1/2 an hour for the town to get back and turn the water back on, the price of the work was not impacted. This is the 2nd time I have called upon Marinelli, both circumstances being of a pressing nature. Both times they were responsive quickly,accommodating of my schedule, and didn't rip me off. If I could give an A+, I would.

He was punctual and professional throughout and his pricing was fair for the work done. I would highly recommend him to others
