He was excellent, courteous, prompt, and honest. His price was reasonable. I would recommend him highly. He was great. He came in when he was supposed to. He did a great work.

Billy Marinelli came in on short notice to move a gas valve that was in the way of our kitchen base cabinet installation. He got rid of the old gooseneck and installed a new valve in the right place. He also rerouted a vent pipe that wouldn't fit with the new dishwasher. Subsequently he moved the bronze sink trap to match the new layout. He was helpful, flexible, prompt, skillful, and reasonably priced. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

They came within a couple of days after I called and fixed the leaking line and the kitchen drain and suggested that bath sink faucet was probably too worn to fix and it would be better to replace it. I noticed that the kitchen sink statred leaking several hours after the repair, called them, they returned within an hour and replaced the drain. As soon as I had gotten a new faucet set, they came back and installed it. Fast, tidy, professional, genial - what more could you want in a plumber?

They found the source of the leak and repaired it. They are wonderful to work with and very efficient. Their prices are reasonable and fair.

Called today, Frank the owner was very responsive, even had an emergency call on the way to my house so he said he needed to call me back, which he did and he sent over one of his men Roland who was very professional, helpful and good to work with. I had a leaky outside faucet which they replaced Roland also mentioned if I had some silicon to seal the faucet it would be good, I had a brand new tube and he sealed it for me. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be using them again if I have any problems.

Professional attitude/work from start to end.

My regular plumber (who is also really great) did not feel comfortable replacing the grohe shower parts so I reached out to Marinelli Plumbing (via a reco from a friend). Based on my limited experiences with Marinelli Plumbing, they are great. I have two shower heads in one shower and Marinelli Plumbing has been to my house to replace the parts three times. The first time, both shower heads had to be fixed. The second and third time, each shower head went a week apart. The gentleman that comes to replace the parts is really nice guy. He makes you feel very comfortable and let me watch how to replaced the part in case I ever wanted to try it myself. So now, I've got two great plumbers.

Staff was professional, punctual and friendly. They returned the same day when I called, as after the work was finished I noticed that dripping occurred. Dripping stopped after a short time. They applied the promised discount.

Was a major job, however, they handled it with professionalism and saved us money by suggesting they repair the leak from the ceiling below and thereby saving our oak hardwood floors. They handled moving of the furnature and when the job was finshed, left the room cleaner then when they arrived. It is nice to know that there are honest, professionals still around who do a great job for a reasonable price.

Everything went very smoothly with both jobs, they even offered to take my old dryer away free of charge.

Couldn't have gone smoother. He was here just under an hour. Was very thorough, checked fitting and for leaks about 5 times. Gave me advise on other plumbing issues. Was very very friendly. I'm pretty sure I've found a plumber to use from here out.

First time they came fixed a broken sink handle in bathroom and looked at my leaky faucet in kitchen... ordered a piece for the kitchen faucet and when it came in they came back to replace it. Overall I loved them! On the phone and in person (do not remember name of who who came over) they were friendly, professional, kind and did a great job. Would call them again in a heart beat!

I called them on a Thursday, and Billy said he couldn't come the next day because he was too busy. He started to suggest another company, but I told him that it could wait. The heater stayed lit for hours. I was just afraid of keeping it lit overnight. He confirmed an appointment for Monday with my wife on Friday, and he seems a bit "salesman-y," telling her we should probably upgrade to a bigger model. She wasn't too happy with that. We said no thanks, and that was it. Anyway, Roland (I think that was his name), arrived promptly on Monday morning, was incredibly professional, did the work well, and finished in 20 minutes or so. He answered all the questions I had, too. I was going to get my checkbook, when he said Billy would send a bill in the mail. I was floored. Who does that anymore?!? Usually, workers demand payment right then and there. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again.

They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and all around very good.

After being jerked around for 6 days for an appointment by the only plumber I ever used in this house (3 years earlier) I went to Angie's List to locate a highly recommended and respected company - and I found one! Very professional and neat. Was here within one day and spent less than 20 minutes on the job; he was especially considerate of my time restraints since I had only a 30-minute window. Cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call this company again as well as recommend them if asked.

Billy got back to me quick and came over fast for an estimate. He scheduled the work, and got someone in to do it as per the plan. Felt a little expensive, but 3 other plumbers didn't even show up or call back to estimate.

Billy the owner called early on the morning that work was to be done to provide their schedule for the day and estimated arrival which was spot on. Nice touch. Coummunication was fantastic. Roland performed the work on the faucets quickly but could not fix the drip in shower because they needed to order a part which came in a few days later. On their next visit, we had Roland install another faucet and he fixed the shower drip as well. Professional and friendly - would recommend highly.

Great. They are professional, upfront (about the price), courteous and show up on time. After spending hundreds of dollars on other plumbers and getting ripped off, I'm glad to finally find a company that is reliable.
