They are very punctual, always on time and they give you a courtesy call that they are on their way to you. Prices are explained up front and charged accordingly.
Tune ups were done quickly, in 30 minutes they were finished. Our heating and air conditioning system have always worked fine, with the exception of one time in 2009 when in the midst of winter one evening our heating system suddenly quit.
We called Bruni & Campisi for emergency service and a technician was there 1.5 hour later. They charged us $200 extra emergency service fee, this was explained up front by the person taking our call so that was not a problem. It turned out that the computer board of our heating system shorted out (burn marks were visible). The technician replaced it but a new computer board was $1300. Having no choice with a 10 month old baby and no heat I accepted and the heating system worked again within 15 minutes.
Since the technician left the box of the new computer board I went online the next day and looked up the real price, which was only $600! When I complained to the manager, he apologized, said he didn't understand why the technician overcharged so much (yeah, right), and gave us a refund of $700.
They also replaced our fan unit for our duct system, which was done in 2 hours and for the price they quoted. They did a good job with that.
Over-all I'm still happy with this provider, even when their prices are on the expensive side. Just make sure that if you have any new parts installed that you look up the real price of the parts, to make sure you are not overcharged.

First guy who came did not have the tools or the experience with PEX.  Took them two days to get some one out with the right experience and equipment.  The guy who came was excellent

Called them about 11am when they had not shown up for morning appointment; person answering did not know what was going on, no backup.  Called  them again about 1 pm; "they are running late due to higher priority calls: no heat"  which is the standard BS answer when their scheduling is messed up.
Called agin about 4 pm; still told me they were on the way.
Never showed up.  Poor organization of the office, letting servicemen themselves do their scheduling.  Later heard that many of their top people quit, which caused a shortage of techs.
I'll never us them again.

The work was well done given the limited assignment of routine maintenance on the furnace but the technician failed to notice a clogged heating coil that then had to be replaced when the unit stopped providing heat in December.

Their service has gone down tremendously over the years. The last time they did a service at my place, they charged me $249 for repairing a leak under my sink. A few days later I saw water dripping under my sink again in the same spot. When I asked them to come back and fix it at no cost because they did not do the job the first time they came, they told me what I saw was a new leak and they would have to charge me again to come out and fix it. I knew it was not a new leak. I ended up buying a book on do-it-yourself plumbing repairs and fixing the leak myself.
I will never use Bruni and Campisi again!

This was my first time using the company, and everything was fantastic.  They followed through on their commitments, they did top-notch work, and they did an excellent job with the clean up after the project.

The two installers (Jimmy & Tyler) were excellent.  They worked very well together, very professional, and answered all the dumb questions a home owner would ask.  Their explanations were right to the point and easily understood.  In fact anyone who I  spoke with in the company was great, all the paper work was provided by them in an orderly fashion.  All the parts for the job were there on time and never once did they have to wait for something to be reordered.  I was very satisfied with the work.  Great Job
Thanks again  DT

After making our big "downsize" move from a home which had a completely different heating system, oil burner, and no central air, to a condo with a very old HVAC system, we chose Bruni and Campisi to tackle the job. From the start, we knew that this company was the one for us. Bill, who came to give us the estimate, was very professional, on time and a true pro. We had done our homework and had tons of questions for Bill. He made us feel comfortable, answered every question and made us feel very confident with our decision. We were called ahead of time regarding start date and time. Day of installation arrived and two wonderful techs, Jermaine and Peter, arrived right on time. They couldn't have been more pleasant and explained everything that was going to be done again and then got to work. Mid way, they brought to my attention some concerns regarding our downstairs sprinkler system and so the job paused so that we could sort out the issues. Their supervisor, Seth, showed up and assured me that all would be fine and so the job was completed. We can't thank them enough. All is working perfectly. We will use them for all of our plumbing/heating and ac needs in the future. So happy to have found such a great company!!!!!

They ususally have to flush it out and change the filters. We have them come out regularly for heating and cooling. We've been satisfied with their work. You can usually get an appointment fairly soon. They are very professional.

Called because fan on indoor unit was working but not blowing cold air. Compressor seemed off. . First visit I was charged overtime rate because the guy came after five. I only scheduled it then because that was the available slot offered -- not because it was an emergency. Repair guy said the relay between the indoor unit and the compressor wasn't working. He replaced the relay. Charge was $255. After he left, the indoor unit became covered with ice. Fan stopped working although compressor stayed on. Repairman came back and said that motor was no good. Spent 2 hours at house. Charge was $391. Said I needed a new motor ($420). Had to order and wait a week. Third visit repairman replaced motor. Total charge approx $775. Less than a week later the indoor unit became covered with ice. Fan stopped working although compressor stayed on. Same problem as described above. Repairman came by. Said motor (he replaced last week) was bad. Recommended replacing entire unit. $1400+ later -- no fix at all

They actually had really good reviews on the List and I was not happy. I didn't leave a comment because I felt like I didn't really give them an opportunity to fix it I was just so upset that I didn't want to deal with it. I didn't feel that it was fair to leave a review because I didn't give them a chance. The guy came out and spent, first of all I described the issue over the phone.
We have a tankless waterheater and I explained this on the phone when I called to make the appointment. I asked them could you give me a quote or is this something that you can handle. They said, we don't give quotes. They said, if we come out then they charge you for coming out and yes we can handle it. So, they came out. Like I said, we had some minor things that needed fixing as well and the minor things the guy just basically put a temporary fix on. He spent 2 hours there when he could have spent a half hour. Part of that is my fault because I am just impolite because I was just like, hey can you hurry this up but they charge by the hour so. Half the time he spent was spent going around looking at things and telling us how previous plumbers had done them wrong, which is not why I had him there. In addition, the main thing that I had wrong was this water heater that we needed fixed. He ran the test on it and then told us that we could look up a video online to learn how to flush out the system because he had no experience with the tankless water heater. Once we had looked up the video online then we could call him and he could come and do it for us, after we sent him the video of how to do it. I was, needless to say, pretty ticked off. Plumbers are expensive and to pay 2 hours is not cheap. Some of the minor things that we asked him to do, like the sink in our upstairs guest bathroom was leaking, he put some kind of temporary fix on it so it is still leaking. The toilet is still not flushing properly. It was just somethings that he did do didn't hold.
