"we gave these caps twice on two seperate occasions to be put on by the tree company who was responsible to fix the fence they broke. The tree company lost the first set of caps and we gave them another set to be put on by the tree company's workers. Unfortunatly the tree company left them in their truck and never did return to put them on. Once the customer called for a third time. we dispatched a third set of caps and the owner of Liberty Fence,Anthony, drove to the home himself to do this for the customer."
