FLORAL FANTASY

This florist has been the one I have used for all of my floral needs for years, but only because I didn't know where else to go. This last trip was the straw that broke the camels back. I went into the florist to buy a dozen roses for my girlfriend's mother. However in order to do so I had to stand at the front counter and wait to be acknowledged by one of the 3-5 people talking in the back room behind the counter, as per usual for the location. I stood in the wide open store front listening to these women talking about this and that, was glanced at a few times and finally approached by the owner after about 5-10 minutes. I then asked for a dozen roses, which I did receive and purchase. However, also per their usual, the resulting arrangement had flowers with petals that were beginning to brown and die. The only reason to frequent this establishment is if you really have no other option. Their service and product leaves more than a little to be desired.
