Grand plumbing Heating and Cooling has been serving the New York metro area for over years. We are a second-generation family owned and operated business. We hold plumbing licenses that cover New York City County. We provide a full range of plumbing, heating and drainage services for all homes, rentals and businesses. We perform one-time or scheduled maintenance drain cleaning on lines from ½” to 16” for residential and commercial accounts. Our company is outfitted with high pressure water jetting equipment to clean drains up to 36-inches in diameter. When necessary we repair or replace sewer and water mains. We also install and service drywells and cesspools. The uniformed technicians also perform video pipe inspections, line trace locating. We provide a copy of the videotape with an audio feed explaining the on screen picture as the tape is being viewed along with a written report. This equipment aids our customers in finding cesspools or locating broken sections of underground piping. The video equipment is to solving many problems with drainpipes that would have previously had to be excavated at major expenses to our customers. Aside from the specialty services, we of course also do routine plumbing and heating services, from stopping annoying and wasteful leaks from toilets and faucets to installing highly efficient heating systems. The highly trained staff at Grand plumbing Heating and Cooling will complete all new or remodeling jobs cleanly and efficiently to the customer’s satisfaction. We have a philosophy to leave the jobsite as clean, if not cleaner, than when we arrived.
