Charles Stewart Roofing

Mr Stewart came out within 24 hours to examine the roof and offered partial repair or complete change of roof. We opted to put a new flat roof on this attached home. It comes with a 10 year warranty. He did the roof the same day. This is the second roof they have done for me (separate homes). They are prompt, professional and do great work.

Effective, efficient, professional, pleasant to deal with, no hard sell (which is great), provides options, customer oriented, work done received a written guarantee for a certain length of time. Would hire again.

They were quick, evaluated my roof, and gave me the options. They talked me through the cost and implications of those options and helped me choose the right one for my home. The crew arrived almost instantaneously, and completed the work very quickly. On top of all that, the work is guaranteed, so I know they stand by what they did. If I ever need roof work in the future, I will definitely call Charles Stewart again.

They came and assessed the situation, and gave us two options for fixes. We chose the cheaper one (as we didn't have roof repairs in our budget so soon after purchasing a home). They did the repairs that same week. The leak has since stopped - and feel a lot better knowing their work includes a warranty in case the leak reappears.

It was good, He gave a 10 year warranty and I had a problem with a leak a couple of months after and they came out and fixed it, and haven't had a problem since. They do very quick work.

This family owned business is a class act. Daddy Charles, arranged and followed up on appointment. He sent the boys (sons and nephew) out for an estimate. They went up on roof took pictures and then came down to show me what needed to be fixed to fix leaking in my tenant apartment. (They didn't throw shade at the prior non-reputable roofer that took my money and did not do the work. Still bitter about that but back to this wonderful crew.) They also walked through what additional work they could do to get my roof in tip top shape. Reasonable price agreed upon, The work was commenced and completed in a half of a day. I was sent photos of the work in progress and the finished product. The monsoon came on Monday June 19th and my tenant's apartment had no leaks. Yay!!!! Thank you Charles Stewart Roofing! It was fine. The roof is fine; we haven't had any problems. They came, they did the work, the work is fine.

He came promptly, but he spent the whole time on the phone trying to up sell me. When I asked for a written bid covering the specific details he left the house and I never received anything in writing. Left the doors unlocked and did not tell my tenant that he was leaving. Felt like I got the high pressure treatment..."I can knock so much off the price since we are here already, etc." I had paid for a $49 coupon and will ask Angie's List to refund as I did not get any benefit and really felt that I was being hustled.

They fixed a hard to find leak. They installed a rubber roof and a new gutter and leader. They came the same day that I called and quickly brought in a crew to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

This company was a pleasure to work with on every level. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The quality of their work, their knowledge about roofing, and their professionalism was all top notch. These attributes alone make them worth rehiring, but what I found most refreshing was how honest they were about coming back to follow up on any work that might need it. Through no fault of theirs, I had to call them on two separate occasions to return: Once to patch a small leak in a very old skylight that is on its last legs, and again to patch another spot in the roof as the original roof was done by a substandard contractor. These guys came over and replaced my roof in the time they said they would do it, in a very professional manner for a fair price. I'm very happy with the outcome and would use them again at the drop of a hat.

He was prompt and finished the repairs in a timely manner. My tenants stated that there was no longer a leak. He recommended further work on the eaves which need the seams sealed. It could wait until Dpring. He also tarred the foundation of my house as the old cement sealing started deteriorating.
