The plumber removed the old sump pump, and cleaned up the entire hole, which had debris & dirt. He installed the new one with a new pipe. Everything is functioning well.

Service call was placed and you responded quickly, there also was a call back to say when and who would be coming out. When the serviceman, Adam Blatner arrived, he diagnosed the problem rather quickly and fixed it. When you scheduled the camera and water testing, it was prompt and again called to say who was coming here and what time. The men also wore floor protectors to avoid bringing in any debris.

I am upgrading my review because Cellino Plumbing contacted me about my review and sent me a refund for $40.00. They were very polite and asked several questions about my service. I was impressed that they took the time to call me and pleased to receive a partial refund...I did not expect that. I might consider using them again but only after they give me an estimate of the charge.

It went very well. I called on a Friday night at 7pm and the answering service was polite and they called back within 10 minutes. Lucas came out at 8pm, did some initial work and gave me a price ($229). The project became more challenging then initially thought. He had to clean out both sides of the pipe, had to get go to the shop for a special tool but came back and stayed til the drain was clear. He even put provided a free camera inspection of the pipe to confirm the project. He could have said I needed to replace a section of the pipe because there was shifting in the ground but he was very honest, which is the most important characters I appreciated. I had to pay a $99 after hour fee but he also accepted the discount offered on Angie's list. I was completely satsified.

We called Cellino because the first plumbing company that we called were scheduled to come back on Monday between 9 and 10am, they never showed up and never came back even after I called them (wnyplumbing). We called Cellino, there were there the next day, were prompt and very thorough. He figured out what the problem was (just a problem with a filter) wnyplumbing had said we were going to need a new hot water tank. Ryan took his time, explained everything to me and then also left me with quotes in case we do decide to get a new hot water heater. He explained the benefits of tank vs tankless especially with a filtering system that we have. If we do get the tank I will definitely go with Cellino.

I called Cellino in the late morning and they were able to send someone later that day. Nick was corteous, professional and thorough. He diagnosed, repaired and tested his work. He also tightened a loose pipe connection we were unaware of. I was quoted a standard price (per job, not hour) and the final cost was a bit less with applicable discounts. I was very happy and would use Cellino again.

Peyton Spinelli arrived exactly as promised. Very professional and proceeded to assess the problem and answer all my concerns. He replaced the problem parts under the sink and made sure everything was in working order and that I was satisfied with the job before he left.

Scott and his co-worker were excellent. A dispatcher gave me a call an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and they were on time. They were extremely professional and very neat. They laid down drop cloths to keep the floor clean. They also took the time after the installation and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them!
