Mark and the crew did a great job handling the insurance company and performed the work quickly and perfectly. You would never suspect there was any damage what so ever. Once complete they detailed and cleaned the car before returning it to me. They kept me informed of all progress and any concerns they had regarding the vehicle.

repairs done on time and even cleaned up some of the disfiguring brake dust on car body. I had expected a higher price and was pleasantly suprised at the final bill.

I was recommended Eden Collision by the insurance adjuster who came out to look at my vehicle. I picked up the rental and dropped my truck off. Over three weeks later, beyond the insurance company's estimates, my truck was completed. Because the insurance company was covering the rental, I ddin't mind too much. The quality of the body work was excellent. My vehicle's front end looked brand new. They even offered to and performed an inspection on my vehicle, which was long overdue. I brought another vehicle in for an inspection and some electrical work the next week which they completed in one day. I loved this place- they were honest and did good work. That week we had found that the windshield fluid system on our vehicle that had the body work done was not working properly. I left that vehicle there when I picked up the second vehicle and was called a couple hours later and told that a part was needed and that it would be fixed free of charge. The part was not coming in for a number of days so I dropped my vehicle off the next week with instructions to also look over a trailer I had bought and to fix an electrical issue unrelated to the collision. At about 4 PM I called and was told that they had not fixed the electrical issue or looked at the trailer, but that the washer fluid was working. When I got there they handed me an electrical part from my vehicle with instructions on where to find a new one, and agreed that I could bring my vehcle back the following week to be completed (the only thing that my work schedule would allow). So the following Tuesday I dropped my vehicle off (with the new electrical part) at 7:30 AM (same as the previous week) and left my keys in the dropbox. At around 3:45 I called to inquire about my vehicle and was told they had not even looked at it yet and would not be able to on that day. My wife and I's work schedules only allow us to drop our vehicles off one day at a time without a rental. For my vehicle to be sitting in their parking lot for over 16 hours without a small electrical issue being fixed or barely even examined is unacceptable. They said they fixed the washer fluid which they were partially correct about - it works sporadically, with sometimes jets of fluid to the windshield and sometimes little spurts that barely make it to the bottoms of my wipers. I figured I would live with it as having my vehicle with a windshield system that somewhat works is better than not having my vehicle at all. They did even look at my trailer and that was there for six days! I really did like this place and wanted them to be my for-everything auto body and repiar shop. They are friendly and honest people. However my time away from work is way too valuable to spend multiple days without a vehicle for something that should normally take a trained mechanic no more than an hour. I also feel that in a case in which you are not going to be able to get a vehicle completed (which did have an appointment) on that day, a call should be made saying such. I shoul not have to call a shop an hour before closing every day to find out what's going on. If you don't mind waiting days for your vehicle to be mechanically repaired (as long as it's not the windshield fluid system), this is a great place. As I said before they are honest, and their prices are more than fair. I do not have the time and will not be going back.

Wipers are working fine, therefore I am giving them a B. They would get an A if not for their slower than I would have liked service and poor communication.
