SYRACUSE CONSTRUCTORS INC

There is a waterline being put in by the town of Sandy creek. One of the contractors is Syracuse Constructors. Syracuse was hired to clean up the people?s property that has been dug up and clean up the roads after the pipeline was put in by another contractor. What has happened is they have teared up my lawn, driveways for my business and the road is inaccessible, my business ins inaccessible. You can?t open your windows; it?s like a dust storm. I can?t do any work. Syracuse is supposed to clean up the mess behind the pipeline layers. I?ve had three people fall because Syracuse Constructors is nowhere to be found. I went to the town and they said they have no control over them. I personally twisted my ankle and my girlfriend fell. Two customers went down on my property because everything is all torn up. The pipe crew has been gone for a week and Syracuse has not shown up. We have mounds of dirt six feet high, rock and stone blocking the road. Syracuse Constructors is nowhere to be found. It?s been ten days now and the place is trashed. I can?t walk from my home to work. I live across the road. You have rock the size of baseballs and 3 inches thick of mud on the road. You can?t open the windows in the house because it?s like a dust storm when it dries. The vehicles are covered in dirt and soot. The cars going up and down the road, there is constant dust in the air. These people are supposed to clean up the property the mess. 3 of my driveways I can?t even get in and out because there is still a 6 foot hole there. When I talk to the town, they say Syracuse keeps coming up with stupid excuses. I don?t care, someone is going to start suing for being hurt. I?ve told the town I?m going to start cleaning it up and send them the bill.
