ProPave was wonderful. It took less than three weeks from the time we requested a quote to the time the job was completed. They were very professional and their cost was extremely reasonable. We will have them out next year to put a final coat on the driveway for a small price of $1,200.00. Our driveway looks wonderful! We are extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.

Everything was superb. What a great job on my 200 foot driveway and parking area in front of my two-car garage pad.

A couple years ago we had Pro-Pave install a new driveway. (Excellent job!!).
This year they called and said it was time for the first and quot;sealingand quot;.
We knew it was time, and had actually gotten a quote from a friend of a friend...
Pro-Pave gave me a quote over the phone, (which was better) and we agreed on a date for the service.
They called a day or 2 ahead of time to confirm, and told me we did not have to sweep or and quot;cleanand quot; the driveway of any oil spots or stains. They would also and quot;edgeand quot; the driveway, so we didn't have to worry about the grass.
They were there when they said they would, and did what they said they would.
Not a speck of tar on my sidewalk or grass, and can barely see any lines.
Would definitely recommend them (and have)!!

Price was good to me for the work done. Responsive and easy to work with. Great job, we got the binder in. I will be calling them back next year to get the final top coat added, which will be about $900. Happy all and all.

They job went with out a hitch. After they laid down the stone the Friday before. They came in on a Monday, like they said they would , and had it done in 1 hour. The crew worked as a team should.Of course with all the rain this year. I have found out that the drainage has worked very well. They cleaned up and it looks great.

I had two bids. Pro Pave was much more competitive with what seemed like comparable specs. Came when said they would; kept me updated. Called me a couple of months beforehand to schedule the top coat this year. Worked with me so it would be least disruptive to using the driveway for my husband's wheelchair. Pleasant, professional staff.

The contracted work was completed on June 18th. We were told to not drive on the asphalt for at least 4 days or preferably 7 days. This seemed longer than usual (our previous driveways were 3 day) but we followed their recommendations. As we had a chance to look over the driveway it wasn't the consistency of normal asphalt. It was made up of small stones, smaller than gravel and had a strange light dark appearance. After 3 weeks of careful driving on the new driveway it seemed like it never fully cured, It was easily disturbed and the slightest movement scarred the asphalt.
We have had numerous visits from Pro-Pave employees including the owner on several occasions regarding the sensitive nature of this driveway and the numerous scarring marks that have developed. We were told they would disappear, but I don't believe in Magicai Asphalt. The driveway is still scarring in January 2013 and the asphalt is flaking away and making the scars deeper. In addition the asphalt has become very poroous and I am afraid to drive on it or have friends come into my driveway for fear of the damage that will occur if they drive normally.
I really don't know how this situation can be remedied, but in all my years I have never been fearful of driving on my driveway as I am now.
Pro-Pave will be called back in an attempt to resolve these issues but I am not hopeful that a happy resolution will be forthcoming. Time will tell.

Everything was excellent. Even though it was a small driveway, they had a large crew (about 7-8 men, one if whom was the owner) so they were able to finish very quickly.

The ProPave office was very busy, but JR gave us an estimate eventually and work was scheduled and performed. Immediately afterwards there were problems, which ProPave did not attend to. Contacting them has been difficult. Often their telephone message is on. When it is not the helpful office staff says it must refer to JR, who may or may not call back.
Here are the difficulties we had.
1. The subsurface was not properly prepared.
-Grass grew through the driveway within a month after it was paved.
-After the first rains there were puddles in the driveway.
2. The quality of the material was poor.
- After the driveway had cured, and before any vehicles had driven on it, we noticed a large (about 12and quot; round) area where the asphalt seemed to be decomposing. I called and left a message. Eventually, a week later JR stopped to look at the spot. He said and quot;I see the spot. To be honest, in 15 years I've never seen anything like this. I will bring the boss to look at this and figure out what to do to rectify this.and quot; NOTHING was done by ProPave to repair the spot. I had it repaired by another paver before the end of the season.
-All over the driveway there are areas where the stones in the asphalt are coming loose from the matrix.
3. Cracking material sides
-All along both sides of the drive way, about 6-10 inches in, there is a series of cracks, some thin others much more substantial. It looks like over the winter these could be sheared off by ice. I called early this summer to ask them to look at this. I spoke with the answering machine, the office, and with JR about this. Toward the end of August JR told me that repair of these cracks was on the list to do before the end of the season, and that I should not worry. I'd find the repair done. It is now late October, the repair has not been done.

Driveway resurfaced. Thought it went well. When it rained, I could see puddles due to uneveness, footprints from them walking on it after it was done, and roller marks. Called office to report and he said he would take a look at it, have not heard from him. Called and left messages to call and have not heard. Very dissappointed

Three quotes were reviewed in the process, and Pro Pave was chosen. The salesman (JR) was pleasant to talk to, and was good about returning calls. The crew arrived on time, and the work took a bit longer than estimated. The owner (Tom) was on the job, and was involved in the critical phases of the project. They did a great job on shimming and patching as required, and then top coating. The finished product has a better pitch than the original, making it easier to drive on. They also paved up to the front entrance platform, eliminating a possible slip and fall. It was this attention to detail that was a joy to watch. The project used more materials than expected, something I found out when I queried one of the crew. When we settled up at the end, Tom was not going to mention the over run, until I asked him about it. The above cost includes some monies over the quoted price that I chose to give Tom for a job well done.

Pro Pave came to our house and gave us an est. for removing an old driveway, concrete sidewalk leading up to the house, and concrete front stoop. The quoted price was fair and reasonable. I called ProPave and spoke with the office manager to schedule the job. She was very friendly and helpful. We received a courtesy call the day prior to the "job" day, to remind us the would be coming, an estimated time of arrival, and that we should have all cars and other items off the driveway to be removed. On the job day, the crew arrived when we anticipated they would, quickly set up, and got to work. The operator was clearly proficient with the digger. He was like a surgeon - he didn't touch the surrounding sod at all and the landscaping was unharmed - only asphalt was removed. The work went quickly without incident and before I knew it they had picked up and left. Fantastic service. I'm very happy. Overall experience with ProPave was wonderful and I will be contacting them again next season to widen a different driveway. They are true professionals.

I thought they were very good, in fact I recommended them to someone else. The owner was on site managing the project, which I thought was very good. They cleaned up, did a great job. I liked them enough to recommend them. They were very responsive, came out gave me an estimate quickly, answered the phone quickly and addressed any questions I had.

They did an excellent job and it is very nice. They were very professional. The price was reasonable for the work they did. We got other estimate and they were in the middle. The highest estimate was $2,000 over and they were not going to do any additional work. The finished result is very good.

They were timely and professional. If I had any concerns it was that they tell you you can walk on it the next day and drive on it 3 days later but when they are done they hand you a sheet of paper that says don't walk on for 2 days later and drive on for a week or two later. I'm sure that is a precaution but the question is if you had issues because you drove on it 5 days later, then would they back up what the said verbally. I have no reason to doubt it but would think that what you put on paper should match what you say verbally. I did not have issues and drove on it 4 days later and its been fine since (been about 3 weeks now). I would strongly recommend them.
