Description of Work: My garage door wasn't opening. Called Kevin Cleary based on Angie's List reviews. He came on time. He dignosed the Spring was broken. He also repaired some items in the motor damaged from the Spring. Also he repaired a joint that was weak and lubricated the system. Kevin did a great job. He replaced some items which would have been an issue soon. Kevin is a quality service provider.

Description of Work: My garage door (electric) would not open more than half the time. I tried greasing the wheels and the runners without success. I called Mr. Cleary and made an appt for the following day. He and his assistant analyzed the problem and replaced the wheels. He was polite, kind, neat, professional, and smart. Description of Work: Garage door track was bent by some mysterious manner. Kevin came right out of the gym. Removed the track, straightened and remounted a perfect job.

Description of Work: Had a spring break on one of my garage doors. Kevin responded to my call the same day. Arrived at exactly the time he said he would. Very nice guy, professional. Replaced both springs for a very fair price. A pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: During the hurricane Sandy aftermath, I contacted Kevin about repairing my garage door as I was unable to pull the door open from the inside, with a loss of power. It was because the door was built with only one spring. Although the power was restored and I no longer had an emergency, Kevin was extremely responsive in returning my call and his willingness to come over at my convenience. He called me exactly when he said he would, and when we agreed for a time to come over, he was right on time. He was candid about what I needed to fix the door, and his price to install the heavy spring on one side of the door was very reasonable. He was very nice and professional and fixed the door in 30 minutes. I hired him when another contractor who was rated high in Angies List, never e-mailed me the estimate that he promised. This other contractor told me I needed two new doors and the mechanisms on each door. He never even indicated that the door could be repaired. I highly recommend Kevin of KJ Cleary.

Description of Work: The gentleman from this company came to my house to measure for a new garage door that I had already picked out. The job, as I wanted it done, involved frame work that his company doesn't do and he told me that right away. He gave me excellent advice about how to go about having the job done and about garage doors in general. In addition, he was curteous, on time and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for garage door work.
