I was shopping for garage doors for a long time. Nor only was every quote astronomical but every contractor found reasons why the job was more “difficult“ and/or “complicated”. Kevin was a pleasure from the moment that I met him for a quote up to and including the time he returned months later when we suffered a power outage and could not get my garage door open by hand. His prices were much more reasonable than other contractors, he didn’t try to up-sell me (as many other contractors did as I am a single mom who is somewhat clueless about these things) and he was prompt, tidy and did the entire job quickly and seamlessly. He was cheerful, friendly but very professional. I would recommend him not only as a garage door contractor but also as a nice, honest and fair man Even when he was exhausted from installing all day, he came to my home the day of the blackout and cheerfully fixed the problem. Qualities I find lacking in many contractors I work with. Highly highly recommend!!

Crew showed up on time and in under 2 hours replaced my broken door with a beautiful new garage door. Perfectly balanced, all new parts - no shortcuts like using the existing track. They replaced everything including the weather stripping on the outside. They left the work area cleaner than when they arrived - very friendly. Quality of door is fantastic and installation was near perfect.

They were on time, did it in a timely passion, they did a fantastic job, Cleaned up after themselves and the price was good. and I was very happy with them.

I had called a few places and received a call from another business. I was given a price and scheduled the service. Then Kevin called and I told him I already had someone else coming. Kevin offered to let me know the price of the parts to make sure I was not taken for a ride. Kevin's prices for the springs, cables and service fee were about 30% less than the prior quote. I asked Kevin to come and he arrived 1.5 hours later (6pm). Super nice guy. He explained the repair process and cleaned up after himself. Was finished in 45 minutes. This was by far the best service I have experienced from Angie's list. Thanks Kevin!

I looked on Angies list and gave them a call on Saturday morning. I left a message and within minutes received a call back from the owner. He advised he could not help me over the weekend as they were closed . However, based on his experience explained what should be done, outlined the parts that should be replaced and what it should costs. I mentioned that someone could have been seriously hurt when the return spring broke. He stated I needed to ensure whomever performed the work needed to place a safety wire within the spring to avoid injury in the future. There was no hard sell, just some neighborly advice. Minutes after the call when I was about to call someone else I called the gentleman back. I advised him while an inconvenience to leave one of my cars in the garage over the weekend I had decided he deserved the job. I was not disappointed. He arrived promptly Monday morning as promised at 10 am on his return from making a planned customer call. I am not in the habit of making commentary on on Angies list however, this gentleman deserves a solid rating. His exceptional rating on Angies is no fluke.

Kevin and his crew are as good as they come. The work was was completed faster than they estimated to. It was done with a smile and complete professionalism. Kevin and his crew get the highest marks from me, I will never use anyone else.

Kevin provided an estimate to install openers for our doors. For the estimate and install he was on time, professional and the estimate price was the final price. Kevin did not oversell or or try to have us replace everything. The service took about 2 hours and when he was done he walked me through everything. We set the keypad and he answered every question. He also adjusted the door so it no longer would squeal when opening. I noticed that after he left that all of the wires were neatly secured to the walls/framing and that any dust from drilling was swept up. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the job that Kevin has done. It really shows that he cares and takes pride in the work that he does.

They called back Tuesday evening, and said that they would get to it by Friday at the latest. Called Wednesday, saying someone would be there between 3 and 5 pm on Thursday. A bit after 3, crew of 2 men came.  Broken cable on one side, and then that caused major damage to a gear in the drive motor. They replaced broken cable, and replaced the other cable as well. Took apart the motor housing to replace broken parts. Adjusted tension, etc.  Excellent work in high humidity and hot temperature. Took well over an hour for all this. Very professional, and efficient work.

We have called for services with some other company twice in the last several months and so when the door wouldn't open again for the third time, we decided to call someone else.  I left message with Kevin and he called me back the same day, and was here at the house the next day.  He explained to me what the problem was, how to fix it, and how much it would cost. Everything very clear.  He also fixed little things he saw while working on it for no extra charge.  Very clear explanation of everything and very professional.  Highly recommend this company for your garage repair work.

I left a message for Kevin one afternoon and he returned my call within an hour.  He was able to come as early as possible the next day, which I appreciated.  Kevin arrived at my house shortly after 7 a.m., which was exactly as I had hoped.  He inspected all the parts and explained everything that could be causing the issue to me in great detail.  He noticed one of the nuts the prior installer used was incorrect, and replaced it at no cost to me. He also noticed one of my springs was starting to stretch. He explained the effects of one worn out spring, and even though I probably could have used it for a while, I asked him to replace them both anyway.  Before he replaced the two springs, he mentioned I could save the one that wasn't stretched out to use when I need to replace one on the other side (that door isn't used much).  This is a small example of how honest and upfront Kevin is.  After he was finished, he opened and closed the door repeatedly to confirm it was in working order, which it was.
I should note that I initially found Kevin on Angie's List for my parents who were in need of a new motor.  They were extremely happy with him and his work as well.  
He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.  I will be calling Kevin in the future if/when I'm in need of a repair and I will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

This guy was great. Came over same day I called. Was totally honest that he could fix the problem with just a $95 service call. No upselling at all. This type of service is in short supply these days. Wont use anyone else and will refer to everyone I know who needs garage door work.
