After I purchased the voucher, I received a confirmation email on December 8, 2017 with a scheduled date of December 11, 2017. I sent a response email asking to reschedule to December 19, 2017 which was agreed to by the company. No one showed up on the scheduled date and I waited several days (maybe 1 week) before contacting them. When I called I was told that it is now too cold and the gutters would likely now be frozen so the cleaning couldn’t be done anymore. Due to the long Winter and the late blooming of the trees, I waited until July 5, 2018 to send an email to reach out to the company again. I never received a response so I sent a follow-up email on July 23, 2018 again explaining the situation and attached prior emails and the voucher I received from Angie’s List. I indicated that if we could not rectify the issue, I would like the $100.00 refunded to me. Again I did not receive a response. I waited one more week and called the company. No one answered and I left a message with two phone numbers to reach me. To date, no one called. At this point I want my money refunded!!! Please help!!!

Generally I was happy with the service. the windows on the second floor were caked with mineral deposits that I could not get rid off and they were able to remove the grime. I felt that one representative was more knowledgable and tried harder than the other representative who seemed to be going through the motions. I had to point out things that were missed to the second representative, which is why the quality is a B.

Perfectly done. Tough spots in the living/dining rooms are removed. Carpet looks like new, except for the wear and tear that is. Josh also is a pro in disassembling and binding old furniture. He removed a roomful of old furniture, for which I paid him extra. He did a clean and professional job.

The company called up to cancel the initial appointment due to an accident with one of their vehicles. They rescheduled for the next day and the job itself went well enough. The two workers went about the job in a perfunctory manner. They left behind a garbage bag of leaf debris and did not rewind the garden hose used to flush the gutters and leaders. No recommendations were provided me regarding replacement of a gutter that is missing. No reason to hire this company again. Just an average job.

This company is terrific! Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time and went right to work. Finished in just a bit more than an hour.

It went well. Scott, the owner, responded quickly after I made the purchase through Angie's List. An appointment was quickly made, confirmation was made on the date of the appointment, and they arrived precisely on time. They were responsive, professional, responded to my questions, and the service fulfilled my expectations. Now I just need for it to rain !

Great company! The crew came early, were able to accommodate our requests and followed up to make sure that we were happy. Would definitely use again!

They were great, big improvement from previous window cleaning service I had used in the past. Took screens completely off and cleaned both sides, all work was neat and meticulous. Would use them again without hesitation.
