Home Inspection
We had recently had a horrible experience with a general contractor with whom we paid over $200,000 to do a major job/extension of our home. From day one we had problems which were never fixed - just patched. As time went on things started falling apart and after a while of putting band-aids over the messes he created (never fixing them)- the contractor refused to come back and fix the mess they created. He left us with several serious problems - some of which we didn't even know about...until now.
We wondered if we wanted to sell our home - what would an inspector say would have to be fixed- so we hired them.
They are straight shooting and understand quality workmanship (none of which was done on my home by the original contractor we had hired). They were appalled by the slop job we were left with - blatant & incorrect building and bottom-of-the-barrel quality.
They took photos and took the time to show us what was wrongly built and the "proper" way it should have been done. They provided us with a comprehensive and quality report. Good people who do a great job.
