Description of Work: They came up with a way for us to replace our compressor at an affordable price. To our delight, the technician was able to come a few days earlier than our scheduled appointment. The technician's work was completed quickly and neatly. Everyone on the staff and our technician provided exceptional customer service. After the installation was completed the staff even registered the new equipment for us. This was an extremely positive experience and we highly recommend Dix Hills A/C to everyone.

Description of Work: Dix Hills Air Conditioning recently got my downstairs central AC unit pumping out cold air again. The technician was very nice and explained to me what could have caused the problem--which was that there was no freon in the outside unit. About a week or so later he was at another townhouse in my development and when I walked by, he asked how my system was holding out, which I thought was very nice of him.
