What I like best about the work is that they communicate exactly what is happening or what is not going to happen for whatever reason and the reason why it's not going to happen so I am not left in the dark on what the next steps are. They have talented craftsmen. It has been smooth sailing. They are probably not the least expensive but overall the best experience to get the job done.
Description of Work: I am using Unique Design Home Builders to add onto my ranch house.

 + 0 moreWe did not use them. He was good. He got back to us quickly. It was a good quote but what happened is, we really wanted hardie board and he did not use them and we thought that we could not afford it. He was known in our immediate area that we live, but we did want hardie board and that was our driving factor. The quote was for $35,000 because it was with windows siding. He was in the realm of everybody else. We probably would contact them in future.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Unique Design Home Builders Inc. for siding.

 + 7 moreThis only took them about one and a half months to finish and it looks like a new house. They are very efficient and do a wonderful job. We had very good communication because they always answered my questions.
Description of Work: This was a whole house remodel starting with going to the studs and working back to walls, new electrical, new pluming, new dry wall, new floor tile and hard wood floors. New siding and windows. Remodeled the whole kitchen and baths. They did every room but the attic.
