Textile Mill End Shop

I recently decided to and quot;spruceand quot; up my home with fabric and wallpaper. It's a big decision, one I didn't want to make any mistakes with, as I chose to do it myself, without a designer. I couldn't be happier with the results. Although, had I chose to use a designer, the folks at Mill End were more than happy to refer one to me. The women at Mill End were so helpful. I felt like I had a and quot;teamand quot; of designers holding my hand the entire time. I brought in pillows, rug colors, paint swatches, my thoughts and ideas, they did the rest. These women are not just sales people. They are knowledgable, capable women that are completely aware of what is current and stylish. And they fit it to my personal taste! In this world of getting whatever you want over the internet, I can't tell you how nice it felt to be really involved in something that is so personal to me with the help I need to make these important decisions. Yes, I could have taken all of the information they gave me and saved... Oh, I don't know because I didn't check, because that would have not sit right with me. Not after the hours of work my new friends at Mill End put in to help me. Mill End Shop will forever be involved with all of my decorative home improvements in the future. Cathy, my main sales woman I dealt with, is amazing. I'd ask her a question and in less than a minute there will be 5 possibilities in front of you. I would ask her, and quot;There are thousands of books, how did you know to show me this one?and quot;. She would say, and quot;I know them all :)and quot;. Very impressive. The owner is never far away to answer questions. She's involved and attentive. I liked her very much. As I said, the results make me happy every day. I got everything I wanted, full service, quick results, great installation referrals, happiness in decisions I made on my own (with a team!) Thanks Everyone at Mill End!
Do: Go with information for them to work with, ie: swatches, pillows, everything that may help
Don't: Think it's a quick process. If you're prepared, they are prepared to work with you and give you the time you need.

Excellent!!! The choices were extraordinary. The employees were informative, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. The pricing beat out other quotes I had gotten for inferior products and the install was fantastic! I'm gushing , I know, but like I said I am doing my whole house and have gone other places, not anymore! I have drapes and bedding planned for my next project and am very excited. I can't afford an interior decorator on my own, but who needs one when I have a whole team! I have even recommended them to my Mom and my Sister-in-Law and you know how careful you have to be when recommending to them!!!
