Paramount chimney and gutter was easy to schedule a appointment,repairs and were on time for the day of repair. Steve and Dino were professional and courteous to the homeowner and their needs and they were extremely neat with the repair inside the house.

All smoke and mirrors this place was. Everyone was nice as all hell even when they scammed me. I am a victim of domestic violence and am not good with saying no to men. I had paramount come out to give me an estimate for my mothers Chimney repair to stop a leak from occurring in my kitchen. A gentleman came out and gave me a fair estimate, I scheduled the repair. A few weeks later the worker came out and again nicest guy ever or so I thought. He said hello and introduced himself and in the same breath said he can't honor the estimate I was given. Gave me a whole mess of stupid words and explanations as to why (yes at that point I should have told him to kick rocks, but my mom wanted the leak fixed and I trusted his kindness). So I agree to the job which was 2x the price originally quoted, he got a bucket of roofing mud of some sort, painted it on the flashing, and was done in 15 minutes. The bill for 15 minutes of work and maybe $10.00 in the material was $350.00. Hopefully, they fixed what was leaking. I gave the work quality 3 stars to be generous as I could have certainly done it myself. I did try contacting the company via email and no one replied. So yup screwed over once again.

Andrew Hirsch and Dino are a fantastic team!!! I called an made an appointment only to be learn the former owner of my current home did not complete regular maintenance on the fireplace. Andrew and Dino were professional, polite, respectful, honest, and thorough in the explanation of the problems, the work completed in a timely manner, and the clean up. I will only request work from this Paramount Chimney moving forward. I am happy to know they offer numerous areas of expertise for home maintenance and improvement. Many thanks Andrew and Dino.
