Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable.

I called Mehmet based on the Angie's list recommendation and the terrific reviews. Mehmet worked around my work schedule and came after 5. He identified the problem and installed a new capasitor. He was in and out of here in 30 mins. A week earlier a rip/off big company (Varsity) claimed the unit could not be fixed for under $3500 and recommended I install a whole new system for $11,000. Mehmet's skill, reasonable price and honesty were well appreciated here.

I was able to set up a visit for the next day. As it happened, no problems were found with the unit. Suggestions were offered about possible non-serious causes for the noise. Noise didn't occur during visit but unit working well, no evidence of problem. Service was prompt, courteous, and I wasn't charged for the visit.

Installed a 4 zone Fujitsu ductless heating/cooling system in ONE day (13 hours), and our historical house isn't a typical install. I got 2 other estimates that were were $5,000+ more. Had a unit installed in our kitchen (9k BTU), living room (18k BTU), den (9k BTU), and attic (18k BTU). For example, today is a humid 90 degree day and I have the units running on dry mode at 70 degrees. It's amazing, so far. I strongly encourage you to use MSD for your AC/heating needs. 100% honest, fair, hardworking, respectful, and nice overall guys.

He came to my house, inspected the a/c system and told me the engine on the compressor was working too hard and therefore would shut off before overheating. He was very honest with me and said that the cause could just be a clogged filter or the motor was going. Since I called him near the end of the a/c season he told me to replace the filter first to see if that worked ($5 fix). If not, he would come back at the beginning of next season and replace the motor on the a/c. Ali didn't even charge me for the service call. Great honest company that I would recommend.

Ali was punctual, gracious, fair and friendly he understood our needs. He was given permission and entry into our property to perform repairs and he even returned to perform necessary diagnosis with us here after we returned from work; something other repairmen won't do. I called Mehmet and he agreed to come the next day. He showed up with his assistant at 7:25 AM. He discovered that a mouse had made a nest near the capacitor and that the capacitor was the problem. In 15 minutes he cleaned out the nest and replaced the capacitor. It's working perfectly now. His price, including the part, was lower than his competition's price just to look at the problem.

Ali did a great job. He was very professional, on time, and clearly understands his craft. He quickly assessed the situation, discovered some faulty wiring that was causing the problem, and fixed it in no time. He also gave me some tips on keeping the unit running smoothly going forward. Ali (owner) was awesome. He returned my request for service text immediately. He came that night. He assessed the situation. He called us back the next morning with two options. He ordered the part. He told us it would take 5 business days to receive part. He called us back on the 5th business day (Friday) and came and fixed it on Monday. He was honest and thorough. We paid for the part and the labor it took him to install it. Will definitely use again. Thank you for being so great.

Ali promptly replied to my initial email, made an appointment for the following day, and showed up promptly at the agreed time. The system actually started working again later the same day that I called and the problem was likely restricted airflow to the air handler. He checked out the system, confirmed that refrigerant levels were good, and the coil was clean. He refused to charge for any maintenance, as he said he didn't really do anything. he also checked out my Wi-Fi thermostat wiring and confirmed that it was correctly installed and that the unit itself was probably defective. He gets an "A" on all accounts and I would highly recommend him!

The gentleman showed up only 2 hours after I called to schedule the repair! Amazing. I was at work so did jot meet him but my family was very happy with him and he did a great job, and the price was reasonable (another good company wanted to charge the same for standard diagnostics and without any parts). Highly recommended!!
