ABOVE ALL FENCE

Looking for a quality fence, from a reputable company, and to be handled professionally, courtesy, and respect. We received everything and more. We contacted Above All Fence and immediately had a consultation within days. We were able to have options that met our needs for the size of yard we had and goals we planned for. The fence was installed in less than a week. The workmen were outstanding and kept the property neat. The owner was approachable and was able to meet a timeline that was workable for our needs. Highly recommend to others.

They delivered a fence and shorted me a post. When I questioned them I was told it was put on the delivery truck but they are not responsible for what happens to it when it leaves the yard (delivered by their employees) I understand mistakes happen but own up to it. I'd give a zero if possible.

Terrible. Poor quality poor work. Worker was laying on my front lawn with girlfriend. Some fencing was 3 weeks old the other 3 months. We had a storm and it completely fell apart. Wanted us to pay more to have it fixed. Very poor business ethic. Terrible communication all around. Will be having more fencing done but WILL NOT use this company

Recently we had ALL ABOVE FENCE install PVC railing on our front porch. The performance of the company was OUTSTANDING (our highest rating). CONTACTS with the company were OUTSTANDING: prompt, profession, understanding and courteous. ESTIMATES/CONTRACTS were OUTSTANDING: Oren (the representative) was courteous, explained all aspects of the Project such as details of design, time lines and costs, he also provided a professionally written proposal and contract. WORK was OUTSTANDING: the crew was courteous, organized, complete and they meticulously cleaned the work and when done. FINAL APPEARANCE of the job was OUTSTANDING. We (My wife and I) CAN NOT RECOMMEND ALL ABOVE ENOUGH TO OUR FREINDS AND ANYONE PLANNING FENCE/RAIL WORK.

We were happy with the job. The fence is beautiful but they are supposed to come back and finish up. They have to put like a filler piece in on one of the gates and they never fulfilled their promise at all. So we are not 100% happy with them. My husband called and they said that they will be out and that they were busy at the moment and that they have a lot of orders. Somebody will swing buy when someone is in the area and just put that piece for you because it will just take 5 minutes. But they never did. We just kind of got tired of calling because we already called a bunch of times. But we thought their price was fair because my husband shopped around and it was kind of fair.

I received a call the day before the work was to begin telling me the job would take 2 days and that  the guys would be at my house between 9 and 11 the following morning (Friday).  At approximately 10:30 two men arrived with just about half the stocade fencing. By the time they unloaded the fencing and started the work it was nearly 11:30 am.  The worked uptil approximately 5 pm.  When I asked them what time they would be back the following day ( Saturday) they said between 9 and 9:30 , they actually arrived at 10 am, but they did bring a third guy.  By the time it got to a little after 5:30 pm they informed me that they would be back to finish the remaining PVC on Monday.  I told them this was not acceptable as I qpuld be back at work.  They told me to contact the salesman.  I tried to reach the salesman (Oren) , left a voice mail and repeatedly called his number (cell) for probably 5 minutes.  He finally called me back being  a bit sarcastic regarding how many calls I had made to his number.  The installers finally said they would come back the following day, Sunday to complete the job. 
The job was finished that Sunday, though I did get attitude when I made them move 2 posts because they were over my property line,
The workmanship was very good, the price was good.  The company sorely under estimated how many installers they needed to send for sunch a big job ( approx. 70 sections of fencing).  It also was a bit difficult to deal with the installers that came since only one appeared to be proficient in English.

DO NOT use this company.My newly installed fence broke during hurricane sandy.The only part of my entire fence that broke was the "new" parts that Above All had replaced. I called owner and wow talk about terrible customer service.He was rude and disrespectful.He refused to honor his work/product.I had to have Amendola's come back to replace the fence with higher quality materials.DIsgusting way this place treats customers!!!

They were very good. They were excellent. They came when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would. We were very happy with their service. We had some minor adjustments that needed to be done, they came back and did it. We were very happy with them. They were also the closest and most local one as well.

The sales man was really good.  He had all my questions answered before I asked them.  They didnt show up on the date that we arranged but they made up for it.  I would have liked a phone call saying that they weren't showing up.  I had to call them.  They worked with in my schedule and came the next day.  I thought there were going to be a crew of guys to install this fence but it was only one guy.
He installed 180 ft of fence all by himself in one day.  Looks good.  No complaints.  He was really nice.  I did ask him to fix the existing fence but becuase he was only one person and it was getting late he could not do it.
Overall is was a good experiance.  The office people need to be replaced though.  They have no idea what's going on that is why I kept contacting the sales man.  He really did have all the answers.

The company gave a good estimate so I decided to go with them.  They gave me a weeks window of when the shed would be delivered.  About a week before the delivery time I called to see if the shed had arrived and would be delivered.  I was told they had to speak to the boss and he would call me back.  I never got a call back.  This process went on for almost two months.  When they got the shed I was told thier shed delivery truck was broken and would have to wait another week.  I was never able to talk to a boss until I told them to cancel my order.  All of a sudden he finally called me.  They went ahead and made a delivery date that happend to be my wife due date.  I told them that that date was not good for me.  The boss suggested I leave the hospital for a bit while the shed was being delivered.  Unacceptable and unprofessional. When the shed was finally delivered the delivery man was a gentleman and did a very nice job.  
I also had them install some fencing.  The sale person promised me the world.  I needed to match some six foot PVC fence with some new six foot PVC fence.  The sales person said it would not be a problem.  The installers put up the new fence and it did not match by about 6 inches.  It was very noticeable.  Apparently this was OK to the installers.  When I came out and said I did not approve and that the sales person said it would match the existing fence, thier response was to complain about the sales people, that they do not do the actual work and that they are always telling customers that stuff can be done when in reality it can not.  Then  I was told to call the office to complain.  About 20 min later the installer was able rig the fence so it was only off a little.  If you are not looking for it you probably will not notice.  Rather than demand it be done correctly I was just happy to have them out of my life.  I would never reccomend them.

They did a very good job.  The fencing is expensive, so a little dissatisfied with the price; but certainly satisfied with the work.

They were the only ones who actually showed up for an estimate on time, while everybody else put it off. Another provider who came out took a look at what was needed to be done and never called back, which was a little weird. We thought that Above All Fence was over-priced for one gate; however, the providers were all in the same ballpark. I was not very happy with the quality of the work because just this week, less than three months since the job was completed, a piece just fell off. The responsiveness is about average, although I would accept average for now considering the horror stories that you get to hear from other people. They were very punctual and they worked fast. The fence is sturdy except for the piece that fell off. They left behind a lot of sand because of the cement. I would probably use this company again because nobody else seems to be interested.

THEY WERE TERRIBLE. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEIR WORK WASN'T EVEN SECOND RATE. THEY CUT CORNERS WHEN THEY PUT THE FENCE IN. THEY CAME BACK TO FIX A PROBLEM AND NEVER FIXED IT.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB! THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY IS NARROW WHICH MADE THE PRICE VERY CHEAP.
