I was having problems with my truck's brakes and power steering. Bitterman's was able to check the truck and performed only the work necessary. The price was very fair and the work was done within a day. The truck is working great and I am pleased to have found a place were I can take my truck for repairs that I can trust to be honest and fair.

They did an excellent job detailing the car inside and out. We has some scratches and paint chips on exterior. They repainted those areas nicely.They washed and waxed the car, vacuumed car very well and scrubbed carpets clean. The car looked almost new when we picked it up! We were very satisfied with the work they did. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

The service was excellent at Bitterman's. I was a little early for my appoinment but my car was taken immediately. The waiting room is simple but adequate. My car was completed in a reasonable amount of time. With the oil change they also changed my wiper blades which I did not think to mention when I called for the appointment. The car had no stray oil or dirt on it when it was returned to me. Their staff has always been pleasant to deal with.
