Roofing
The verbal estimate was "a little over $500". I was presented with a bill for $925! Only after I challenged the amount did we settle on $850 which was still too much for 1 1/2 days work. When I contracted with this company, I was not told the hourly rate even though I inquired....it was glossed-over. Also was not told the son would be on the job, in addition to the father, getting an additional $16 per hour. Father charged $27 per hour for a total of $43 per hour. All the son did was hang around, doing as little as possible. Needless to say, although the job they did was ok, I seriously doubt their integrity.
