Working with Jerry and AAA remodels was great. Jerry was very responsive and definitely gave me the most competitive price. He was pretty hands off with the purchasing of bathroom fixtures and design decisions, which was fine with me since I wanted to do all that myself. But he was definitely helpful when I needed to make sure I was purchasing the correct things. The permit process was terrible, but Jerry was on top of it, calling and dealing with the town as needed. Once we got the permits, he started right away, working while we were out of town and sending updates via video. He was also polite and respectful, not pushy like most contractors I’ve dealt with. He was very gracious when he needed to install a super fancy toilet, and also was very cool with the five types of lighting I needed for a single bathroom. And one of the best things was, he didn’t upcharge me for anything, which was amazing. Definitely recommend Jerry for your next home renovation project!
