Sullivan Heating & Cooling

We have an almost 30 year old furnace. They came and did a tune up, and they are the only company who has looked at the furnace that did not try to sell us a new furnace. In fact, they said with regular maintenance, it has a few more years. I love it when companies don't try to sell me stuff. We will call them again.

I think that company is more interested in selling a new furnace than they are of just getting a customer who would get service from them. They tried to sell us a new furnace and that really was the gentleman's mission. I would not ever think of hiring them again. I would not recommend them. They made a claim on the furnace which we believed to be totally untrue. They wanted to shut the furnace down. It hasn't been shut down. It's still going. I think they're here for fraudulent reason. They really didn't go through the furnace too much. They spent about 10 minutes. There were no additional fees. I was so angry about this gentleman when he came out. It was a waste of $35.

The technician found remains of a mouse nest in my AC unit. He advised me that leaving the power on puts off heat, which draws mice in the winter months. He advised me to turn the power off completely through the winter. After the winter season was over, I went to check my AC unit to see if his advice worked and it did!

I have used Sullivan the past two years for my furnace tune-up. Both times they were prompt, friendly, professional, and informative.

Service Tech was prompt, professional and thorough. I had my boiler and furnace serviced at the same time. I cannot say enough about these folks, from the service tech to the customer service scheduling and reminder call. I will definitely use this contractor for all my HVAC needs and will recommend them. I compared the costs of their services and found they were very reasonable and not a rip off like other HVAC companies who have overcharged me in the past.

Although the rep arrived late, he thoroughly serviced our furnace. We were very pleased.

Technician arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. He explained the results of the furnace tests, and also provided input on duct cleaning. Very nice and informative service. Will definitely hire them again.

It went as expected. Paid $39 for a tune up of our furnace. The repairman was on time and performed exactly what we paid for, cleaned up the furnace and gave us some tips on energy savings.

The technician was very professional. Introduced himself, his name was Jerry. Took his shoes off to go through house. Asked about the boiler and what I expected. Got right to work. Explained what he was doing and what common things happen with the furnace that can be problems. Answered my questions in terms that were easy to understand. Showed me the efficiency level of my furnace. Said to call if I had any questions. Was very friendly and courteous.

The gentleman was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, was very friendly, and did a great job. He did not try to sell us more things we didn't need, and showed us how to take care of our equipment in between services. He definitely went above and beyond. My husband and I were very pleased, and we will definitely use this company again in the future for our furnace, AC and Humidifier needs.

I was not happy with them. I felt like I was getting pushed into other expensive work.

The technician was about 10 minutes late, but the office called to let me know his approximate arrival time. He evaluated the air conditioning unit, as advertised, and explained much of the operation and care. This was good, since I have never owned a central AC unit before. He even help resolve a drainage issue I was having, which was really outside of his expertise. I thought the work was outstanding, and will definitely be using them for heating and cooling services.

Went very well. Arrived on time and gave good advice.

They speced out some extra work that was required and continuing and having them do that. It was optional.

Jerry Jr. was very thorough and gave me a checklist of what was done. He will be coming back to install a new humidifier tube ($85) and a new tube for the drain ($10). I am pleased with how everything went and will be calling Sullivan H & C for future tune ups.

Same day service for no extra charge, prompt, fixed issue, reasonably priced

Jerry was thorough and tested the freon in the AC unit. He gave us information on the change in freon laws and how in could impact us in the future. Jerry cleaned and Tuned-up our gas heater unit explained how best to cleaned the filter. He tested the unit for carbonmonoxide and efficiency.

I had an estimate on 6/26/15. Scheduled to have the furnace installed on 7/2. They had a cancellation on 7/1, called to see if I would like them to come a day earlier, which worked out fine for me. Victor showed up on time and was very polite. Included in my estimate was a new thermostat also a new condensation pump to be installed for free. I didn't receive any of the free items. Well in short my experience was good and would use Sullivan Heating and Cooling again.
