Response and replacement of the water heater was extremely fast. Mark was professional and neat. He was the low bid by several hundred dollars for the same water heater. We had the new water heater installed in less than 24 hours from the first call to Mark.

We were very pleased with Mark's professionalism and friendliness. To make sure he could dedicate the necessary time to do our job he called and asked if he could come sooner as he had a big job the next week. We appreciate his dedication to the process. When he arrived on Friday (during the aftermath of the messy ice storm) we were particularly impressed that he removed his work boots and put on 'inside' shoes, a definite plus as we have all hardwood floors. Mark called me right after I submitted my request to ServiceMagic. When he came over to give me an estimate, he didn't try to add on unnecessary work for extra money. He obviously knew what he was doing and when I said I'd like to hire him, he said he could do the job right then and there. And he did. He was thorough and efficient and even cleaned up after himself. Plus he is an extremely friendly guy. I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends and relatives.

I was very satisfied with "Mark." He not only installed one of the best water heaters on the market but also fixed the venting pipes that were not properly attached by the last installer. I consider him to be my plumber now and will use him in all future plumbing needs.
