My experience was great. Mark was very professional and courteous. He changed his schedule to accommodate mine and to get the job done in a timely manner. He gave the pros and cons of getting a tankless water heater vs a tank one and even offered to pick one up for me, but also suggested purchasing one at a retail store because you would get a better warranty. He was very honest. Would definitely call him again with future problems.

Our hot water heater flooded the basement and needed replacing right away. Mark Almindo was able to come in less than 24 hours and was completely accommodating with our schedule. He provided helpful information on our options in purchasing a new tank, or he could purchase one for us if we preferred. He was absolutely prompt and professional, and even improved our flue for better venting which we never would have known to do. He charged us exactly what was quoted over the phone and we felt his price was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday job. I will be calling him in the future and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Mark is truly a professional. My problem was a leak from a second floor that could only be explored through my kitchen ceiling. He was meticulous, as he step by step inspected every possibility and, finally, found the source. While the problem was not with my plumbing, he referred me to another professional who would be able to address my situation. Before he left, everything was as clean as before he arrived. Mark charged nothing for all of his consulting work since the problem did not involve plumbing. I would strongly recommend him.
