Their product is not only robust and the best we have seen when compared with other well known brands and other local brands but what amazed me is the whole experience we had with them from beginning to end. They were very professional in their sales approach (no pushing or cheap sales tactics), quality product and top notch customer service. To top it off, their install (7 windows...I was very worried about the mess and the result) was just impeccable. Their installed came on time, were very professional, clear, did a superb install and left with the house as good as when they came in. The job went extremely well from start to finish.  The workers were very professional and did an excellent job in removing the old bay window and installing the new one.  They also did a good job putting insulation around the new window - very neat and thorough in everything they did.  My parents were so impressed with the fine workmanship and are very happy with their new window.  They would definitely use this company again. 

Got 3 quotes and decided to go with Tri-State.

1) Sales Rep was very informative and not pushy. It took us another four months to pull the trigger but the sales rep never pressed us with a deadline to make a decision.
2) Installers: 2-day job. Came with a crew of four. 1st day installed all the windows. 2nd day installed all the doors.
      * B+ for window installs. They were quick and efficient. And the windows look awesome. I already feel the difference in temperature. Now there's no big swing in temp during the day.  Also it has improved the noise level (can't hear the planes as much from the local airport). Only small gripe was the clean-up. The installers broke some glass taking out the old windows so there was some shatter glass that I had to pick-up in two rooms and on my driveway. Also random screws and nails. Not a big deal. I've seen worse with my other home projects.
       * B+ for door installs. Installers didn't have specific kinds of moldings for the doors. So I had to run out to get them. Not a big deal. Again clean-up was ok. Found a few nails and screws but nothing to cry over.

Overall the experience was great. No issues.

The company did a remarkable job!  The workers were courteous, highly competent, and amazingly efficent.  We could have had the job done somewhat more cheaply, but the quality of the work was so high that I am surprised that we didn't have to pay more.  The windows operate as Tri-State claimed they would, easy to use and clean.  The installation disruption to our daily life was truly minimal and the clean-up by the workers hgihly professional.  Every aspect of the installation was performed in a completely satisfactory manner.  I am writing this three weeks later and am still tremendously impressed inside and outside the house by the quality of their work.

I had a  positive experience in dealing with this company in three parts. First I had the person come over to show me the windows and discuss prices. The salesman had car trouble and could not come at the scheduled time but was very good about keeping me informed and we just rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon. I felt very comfortable with the interaction. There was no heavy sales pressure, and in part due to that I decided to get windows installed in my sunroom (to replace ones so old and gap filled that bugs were coming in), bedroom and bathroom. The price I paid included a 10% discount for Angie's List customers.
Two weeks later I had another rep come to measure my windows and confirm what I wanted. He was not just on time, he was early and in and out in under 10 min. A week after that I had my windows installed by three workers. The entire multi-step procedure was smooth.
My windows were installed on August 13, so it didn't take long to put them to the test. A fortnight later Hurricane Irene hit and they were perfectly waterproof.

They crew knew their job well and seemed very professional.  They were wonderful and did the work in a day’s time.  They were very neat and cleaned the place before they left.  They were reasonably priced and did a great job.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Some problems initially with the fitting of the windows at installation, but management got involved and resolved the issues immediately to my satisfaction.  I am comfortable with the warranty and the quality of the windows.  it's an overall improvement and the windows look great.

I had a few issues, but they sent the installation manager to inspect, they are going to correct my issues around my schedule I will post after completion. So far so good, they are all nice.

I was watching news12 when the the advisement for Tri-State window factory came on.  I was shopping for windows so I decided to stop by the showroom/factory of Tri-State and check out the windows.  I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who suggested I walk around the showroom.  I was very impressed with the quality of the windows.  She gave me some brochures about the different types of windows and scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to call me for later that day.   I met with Daniel Kang (sales rep) a couple of days later.  He is GREAT!! extremely professional and packed with tons of patience as he explained the warranty information, showed me the different types of windows, and took me thur the process which helped me decide which windows would best fix my needs. The

They were absolutely wonderful.  I think the window is about 10 feet, but I am not sure.  I actually chose them because of reviews I had read on Angie's List.  The sales rep was professional and knowledgeable.  There was no pressure on me to place an order.  Their pricing was competitive because I had gotten a couple of other estimates.  The rep that came to measure the window kept to the appointment time as did the installers.  They worked very hard to complete the work in one day as it was scheduled.  I am very pleased with the window both inside and outside the house.  They did a great job for me. 

Everyone that I came in contact with at Tri-State Window Factory was knowledgeable and professional. My initial contact with the company was with their sales representative Dan Kang. When he sat down with my husband and me to explain the different prices and types of windows we felt we were properly informed as to our window choices and never felt pressured to buy. We originally were only going to purchase a handful of new windows but wound up changing all the windows on the lower level of our house. A few days later someone came to measure. This gentleman was also professional and the measuring only took a few minutes. Four days after the measuring took place our new windows were to be installed.  We were told that the installers would be at our house between 8 and 10 AM, but they didn't arrive until 11:30 AM. Initially I was a little upset at their delay, but quickly got over it when they got right to work. The two men really worked hard to get the job done right and complete the project by the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the look of the windows both from the inside and outside of my house.  They did a reverse install so there was no damage to our mouldings and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Tri-State Window Factory and look forward to using them again to replace the remaining windows and siding.    

Went to Tri-State Windows in Seaford.  Daniel was very knowledgeable.  Contacted Daniel several weeks later and he came to our house on  sunday evening to give us an estimate.  While they were not the cheapest, the reports from other Angie list members convinced us to move forward.  Daniel came on a Friday night to sign a contract and the following Monday, we received a phone call to set up an official measurement.  Once the measurement was done, the windows were installed in less two weeks.  The windows were installed perfectly.  The gentlemen worked quickly, efficiently and neatly.  They were quite professional.  Our experience was great and the windows look so good that they make the living room look bigger.  We will definitely use tri-state again--for our future window needs.

They were great we got lifetime gaurentee. The windows are double paned and argon filled. They were fast and clean. Took 3-4 weeks for windows because the bay window was custome made. No other window company was able to give us this price and they all had standard windows which would have made our bay window smaller

We had Tri-State install 13 windows on June 24, 2011.  The salesman Dan Kang knew his product completely and after his demonstration he totally sold us on his windows. The installation crew were very professional, courteous, and they cleaned up their work space. The windows look great and they look great from both the inside and the outside. Over ten years ago when we purchased our home, the failure of another company led us to walk through the doors of Tri-State.
We had a corner casement window made out of steel that needed to be replaced. This window was not the standard installation, it was a two piece large custom window that other companies offered multiple windows to be put together rather than the two windows that we needed and wanted. Tri-State  was able to do the job and ten years later the window still looks perfect. We were so happy with our initial experience with them that we went back two more times after that to have the rest of our windows replaced. Being a home owner you can not always do what you want to do in your home at one time. The great thing about Tri-State is no job is too big or too small for them. They did not require any minimun order like other companies do. They were professional and honest. They worked neat and clean and showed up on time all three times. I have recommended them to friends over the years and they have been very satisfied as well. . 

We had 5 windows installed by Tri-State.  The installation was excellent and professional.  We had a cosmetic problem that was taken care of totally and to our full satisfaction.  Their warrantee is excellent, and everyone at Tri-State is extremely concerned with customer satisfaction.  Which is rare these days.  We fully recommend them.

 We looked at several window companies and my husband and I were very impressed with Tri-State?s quality.  We went to the factory and got a factory tour from the owner?s son.  We saw quality that wasn?t available elsewhere. We also got a real 100% warranty that is transferable to the next owner when we sell.  

We checked their Better Business Bureau rating and it was excellent.  The other companies said they had good ratings, but when we checked, we found out that they had good ratings, but they also had 25-30 complaints.  Tri-State had zero.  We thought that was pretty impressive since they?re a big company that does business all over New York State, NYC, Connecticut, and New Jersey.  

We also like doing business with them because they?re a successful family business. The owner?s son was very friendly and knowledgeable and we also met other members of the family.  

The workers were very professional and did a beautiful neat and clean job.  We would recommend Tri-state to anyone.

Except for few initial glitches with appointments, Tristate Windows Factory was wonderful to work with and Dan (Deer Park- sales person) was very thorough in his explanation about diiferent types of window and the materials used and why they were good. The crew that came to my house to work were extremely professional. When they left for the day they made sure to clean up all garbage and neatly placed all materials out of the way. After completing each section, they cleaned up everything. I was very impressed. It was a great experience and the installation team is wonderful.

The work they did was wonderful.  I would definitely recommend them to anybody.  They were punctual.  They came every morning the same time.  The only break they took was for their lunch.  They worked hard continuously, and they did a perfect job.  I have nothing but good things to say about them.  We went with one of the better windows, so the total cost for us was $40,000.  It was well worth the price.  The gutters were provided free with the siding.

The showroom where I went to see the product was very good and showed me everything, gave me a lifetime guarantee.  They installed a new window and it is perfect I am happy with it. I would recommend them. I met with Andrew the owner of the company and he was able to assist me. Their work is great.
